This was a very nice little studio condo. The location is nice at the confluence of 2 major roads. Bed was comfortable, had a small coffee maker, and kitchen looked to have all the major items. Bathroom looked newly remodeled, with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Only drawback there was the fan in the ceiling made a very annoying sound..... The balcony opened to the side of the building, but you can still see and hear the beach. The building itself is under renovation, so no restaurant, and you cannot just walk directly into the beach from the building. You need to walk on the entry street, but only about 50 yards tops. I do not think you will find nicer for the cost!
