To much noise
Try to sleep all night but the noise from the highway kept me up all night. One of my friend found a mouse in hermroom.

Pathetic
Don't book them in this price range you can get better hotels in the same vacinity.. it took them 1 hour plus to provide a toilet roll and room and washroom were even dirtier than a public washroom...

We stayed just overnight as we were catching a connecting flight. The hotel was old n dirty n looked nothing like the images online. There a very heavy filter on the images which don't let u see the real condition of the room

Sheets stained, towels also stained and had hairs on them so unusable. Marks all over the walls. Very loud traffic noise & windows which do not lock. No toilet paper. No bar, no restaurant (however there is room service if you chose). There was a dead pigeon on the window sill which was also covered in bird poop. Good TV channel selection.

Scam Hotel - not the hotel/facilities advertised
I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and good reviews, I had no high expectations due to its 2-3 star rating however I did expect it to have the facilities and rooms as advertised. The rooms are nothing like the advert/listing, the facilities listed included a room security safe, a room fridge and free wifi. There was no fridge in the room (a problem if you travel with medications requiring cool storage conditions), no room security safe and the wifi only worked on the afternoon of my arrival and then not at all after that. The staffs attitude varied from indifferent to plain rude and the room was not serviced once during my stay (sheets and towels where never changed). The air conditioner air deflectors were broken with the air blowing directly onto the pillow area of the bed, too noisy/cold to sleep with it on and too hot to sleep with it off. The included breakfast had to be eaten upstairs at a nearby hotel and the food quality/range/hygiene was very disappointing with no other people eating there during my stay. By comparison my trip took me to Vietnam (after India) where I stayed in a similar rated hotel that was very good value for money, provided all the listed facilities, with good wifi and reasonable breakfast and the staff could not be more helpful.

Decent Experience
Had a great stay at Hotel Star and will always use when traveling to Delhi. Neat and clean. Definitely money worth. 10 minutes away from Airport. Prime location for business meetings in and around Delhi region. Courteous and helpful staff. Would recommend for sure.

OK for transit
OK hotel for transit. We had 10 hr layover at Delhi and used this place rather then spending time at airport. Even when other rooms were available, they assigned a smoking room. Although clean, I could still smell the tobacco. On site restaurant is not good.

Notre séjour a cet hôtel fut horrible. Le check in a pris environ 3 heures car selon la personne a la réception nous n'avions pas fait de réservation. Compte tenu que nous avions réservé via hotel.com et que j'avais en ma possession ma réservation. Le front desk voulait me faire payer pour notre chambre même si celle-ci était déjà payée. J'ai du contacter le service a la clientèle de hotel.com (excellent service) afin de résoudre la situation. Nous avons été donné une chambre ou un autre couple avait vu une souri et avait demandé d'avoir une autre chambre. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette hôtel. Le personnel n'est pas attentionné aux clients et le service a la clientèle est inexistant.

Das Restaurant war sehr schmutzig und hatte kein ausreichendes Angebot.Auf den Hotelfluren waren Ratten unterwegs. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren total verschmutzt. Die Ersatzwäsche die wir nach unserer Beschwerde bekommen haben war leider auch nicht besser.

Worst experience ever...
The Hotel was closed down, I arrived late in the night and had to find another Hotel. I was able to reserve and Pay for the Hotel even do it had been closed for 14 days, this is not very professionel neither by the Hotel or Hotels.com. And the other hotel I found was much more expensive.

Für Indien und 2Sterne o.k..
Das Hotel ist insgesamt für Indien völlig in Ordnung. Vorallem wenn man spät in Delhi landet und nur einen kurzen Weg ins Hotel haben möchte.. allerdings ist esjedoch sehr laut durch die Nähe zum Flughafen und zum highway.. zum länger Verweilen auch keine ideale Gegend..
