VILLA OF 150 METERS BUILT IN MEDITERRANEAN STYLE LOCATED 500 METERS FROM THE BEACH, RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS, BUS STOP AND TENNIS AND SOCCER FIELD. IT HAS A PLOT AREA OF 950 METERS WHICH INCLUDES PARKING FOR MORE THAN 3 CARS, A SWIMMING POOL OF 8X4m AND A PING PONG TABLE. YOU WILL ENJOY A UNIQUE STAY WITHOUT HAVING TO TAKE THE CAR. This beautiful villa of 150m2 of Mediterranean style where we will only have access to the first floor.
We access the property through the porch that gives us access to an open and bright space composed by the kitchen, living room and dining room. The open kitchen has all the necessary appliances to make the stay practical and comfortable. The dining room is formed by a table and chairs with capacity for all the guests. The living room consists of a three-seater sofa, a coffee table and a television, allowing us to relax during our vacation.
Returning to the entrance door, we will find a corridor on the left hand side where we will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. On the left hand side there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, and on the right hand side there is a guest toilet as well as the bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. In the garage, not suitable for vehicles, we find the second bathroom, this one with shower, as well as the washing machine area and the ping pong table.

The villa has several outdoor spaces that will serve for the disconnection of some guests as the play area for others. In the swimming pool there are several sunbeds along with an umbrella that will allow us to take a break after a nice swim. The sun shines directly into the pool area all day long, so swimming is possible at any time. The villa has enough space to park more than 3 vehicles.
