We had to wait multiple times to speak to someone at the front desk. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it felt empty. The hotel and our room was very warm when we checked in. Very cute and cozy home. The location was great and convenient to everywhere we needed. The house was extremely clean and host very quick with responses. I would definitely stay here again!
