"My wife and I enjoyed a night at this hotel in Charlotte. I appreciated the elevator access was restricted to our floor and the breakfast was clean and delicious. Valet parking made it easy getting in and out. Although there weren't any events or crowds outside the hotel late that night, they offered white noise and ear plugs since trains run by. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. Thanks!"

"Close to Cracker Barrel. Bed was comfortable. Clean rooms. Love that there was a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Grounds were clean. Elevator needs an upgrade."

"I always stay here when I have an early flight. There’s a Mexican restaurant in walking distance that has good food. Staff is always professional and courteous. The room has everything you need. It is clean and comfortable. "

"Beautiful hotel with all the bells and whistles. Service is top-notch in every aspect, friendly, attentive, and professional. Just keep in mind that this hotel is located downtown, where the energy is high and there’s always something happening. If you’re looking for absolute quiet, this might not be the best fit, as you will hear the city life outside. That said, the vibrant atmosphere adds to the experience, and I would happily stay here again."
