This fun and stylish home is thoughtfully designed and perfect for groups of 8 - 14. With 2800 sq ft, plus a 540 sq ft garage game room, there is plenty of room to spread out, relax, play, and enjoy time together. The fully equipped chef's kitchen allows for great meals - whether you're cooking or ordering in. The dining room features sliding doors to the back patio. The garage game room provides hours of fun.

element 89 is in a quaint neighborhood, and convenient to Denver, Boulder, the airport, and the mountains. It's the perfect hub for exploring Colorado.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, beautifully decorated home-away-from-home provides exactly what you need to sleep comfortably, kick-back and relax, and play and socialize together. There are plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy; and the three living areas, the garage game room, and outdoor space provide a perfect backdrop for enjoying time together.

● Two large living areas, plus one smaller one provide plenty of space to congregate
● Enjoy the 540 square foot Garage Game Room / Mudroom: foosball, air hockey, table tennis / beer pong, pop-a-shot basketball, and ring toss offers hours of entertainment for both adults and kids
● Setup and play one of the outdoor games, including giant Jenga, cornhole, and ladder golf - outside or in the garage - or tuck inside and break out a board game or deal a game of poker
● 4 Bedrooms; 3 with Kings and 1 with a Queen, plus a Bunk House with 2 Full- and 2 Twin-size beds. You’ll get a good night’s sleep in one of the 8 cozy beds and be ready for the next day of fun and adventure. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the smaller basement living room and an air mattress that can be tucked into the kids' playroom
● 3 bathrooms: Master with walk-in shower and two other bathrooms with shower/tub combo, all with Nexxus shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Delight your toes with the ensuite bath's heated tile floor!
● Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances
● Dine together in large dining room or on the covered, back patio
● Bask in one of Denver’s 300 days of sunshine with your morning coffee or happy hour cocktail-of-choice on the front or back patios

Had a wonderful stay at element 89! It was perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids ages 2yr-8yr). Plenty of room, lots of toys and games for the kids (and adults!), and a great location. We loved that there were multiple spaces in the home where we could all be together comfortably (including the large dining table). We also loved the aesthetic appeal of the house. I highly recommend this house!

Our family of 7 stayed here and we had a wonderful time. House was very clean, had everything we needed, and host was extremely helpful with any questions. Absolutely loved the game room! We are staying again at the end of the month when we visit our son at school again. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect for a large group
We greatly enjoyed this property for our group of four adults and five children. A favorite of the children was the game garage and we had plenty of family competition with the ping pong table, basketball, and air hockey. Beds were comfortable and they has plenty of pillows for each bed, something we greatly appreciate. Loved the shower options in the master bath.

Best Rental Experience Ever
Where do I even begin, everything about our stay was 100% FANTASTIC. I rented this house to host several friends of mine who live throughout the country. The House is well stocked and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and there a lots of them! In the garage are many games, which we were able to expand out into the driveway. Our host was even better, they are incredibly organized and left meaningful personal touches. We requested special permission to rent a pinball machine during our stay, and the host was very obliging. I also mega-goofed when I had an Amazon package deliver the week after we left. The host not only willing to help me, but also was incredibly understanding, patient, and great to communicate with. Do not hesitate to stay with them or at this property. Thanks again!!
