We took the advice of the guide and visited Chet’s Place for dinner and visited the nearby lake. Both were great. My family and I had the most wonderful time and would love to return! 10/10 - would recommend!”

“Wonderful property filled with personal touches crafted by an artisan woodworker. Access to the property was easy, it was clean lovely and well stocked. The bathroom is lovely and suited to a five star hotel. We enjoyed our visit very much and spent a lot of time just admiring the craftsmanship and all of the little details in the house and yard. While our visit was short, this would be a lovely longer getaway for a family with children. Spacious and lots to do on site. Groceries, restaurants...

It had everything we needed and was a great spot for us to use as a base camp to do some hiking and for most of the weekend just chill and relax… safe inside from the frigid temps outside. “My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”
