A nice stay

Condo was nice. There may have been a mix up with the TV controllers in that the remote in the main room did not adjust the tv beyond turning it on. There are parking fees and fees to use the pool. It was nice that the host provided for two of the beach chairs and umbrella. Other outside tents and furniture is not allowed.

Perfect spot on the beach

Clean property. Gorgeous view. Lived that beach service was included. The only snag we had was the codes we were provided to the beach and pool access gates were incorrect. The maintenance man ended up giving us his code since ours was incorrect. I wpuld 100% stay here again.

Highly Recommend

Absolutely spotless condo. Beautifully decorated and gorgeous beach view. Large pool, very tidy in common spaces. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great property

Beautiful view and condo. Only issue was that the code given to us for the door at checkin didn’t work, but that was fixed with a quick phone call. Would definitely return here!

Late/unusable fitness

First of all I want to say I love the location and I have been staying at these condominiums for 11 years not the same units but the same condominiums and I will continue to come there . I expect everything to be done with the late check in and I seem to over look some issues like everything not being clean and I don’t want to be more inconvenienced by having someone come and clean while I am there, with that said The code to my unit did not work the condo was not clean as I expected the fitness center was not open the entire time I was there, mold in the shower, slow sink drain in the main bathroom, I had to use the other elevator on the other end of the property but only for one evening. However my wife and I enjoyed our anniversary as we do every year.

This property is well situated in Destin. Close to grocery and activities. Beach is beautiful. Balcony was my favorite spot in condo.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Umbrella and chairs rental included was nice amenity.

Perfect Getaway

We had such a great time! Pictures that are listed were accurate and even better in person. Beach access was great and the pool/hot tub area was really nice. Everything was clean and well taken care. We had a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Girls Trip

Our trip was amazing! From check in to check out, the process was organized and easy. The condo was as advertised. It was very clean, in a great location, and with the best view!! Good restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores are very close. Can’t wait to come back!

Destin Vacation

This property was amazing! We loved the place, location, room and all the amenities! The view was breathtaking from our balcony. I would love to stay here if we ever come back. The only thing I might recommend is to have some kind salt or pepper, maybe some Saran Wrap or baggies. We had to go out and buy a lot of stuff we had to throw out before we left. We stayed a week and ran out of dishwasher powder and laundry detergent. We left the detergent for the next guest if needed. And beach towels would have been nice as well, as we had to go out and purchase. Other than just the kitchen extras, we have no complaints. We were checked in on twice, and the problems/questions we had were addressed promptly. Beautiful place and would 100% recommend. Destin is a beautiful place. Thank you so much.

loved it

We had the best stay and loveddddd this condo. It had a closet with a baby float and sand toys so we didnt have to go out and buy any or pack extra. My kids slept in the bunk beds, along with my mom who came slept on the full size. It had everything we needed and just a great location. It wasnt a busy part of the beach. Only thing i would consider is to bring more trash bags. Two wasn't enough for my family, that was the only thing. Thanks for a great stay and we will definitely be coming back to 702!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Sterling Sands is the perfect summer getaway. I loved the condo, private beach, and friendliness of the people. The check in is seamless. Thus is my second time and I will definitely return to Sterling Sands. Thanks VRBO.

Beautiful Place

First, this is a gorgeous home, decorated beautifully and the view is spectacular! One major downer was, as per a prior tenant mentioning 3 weeks ago, there were only 2 hangers in the whole place! My son and his fiancé stayed in the 2nd bedroom with no hangers, no dresser/drawers and no shelving. Luckily it was just the 2 of them (and not 4 people) in that room as they had to use both bunk beds for their clothing. Unfortunately, the smell of fish lasted 3 days until we finally found a used pan in the oven. My last huge negative was that the beach doesn’t get raked for seaweed. The sand is AMAZING here and sadly it was covered in seaweed the 5 days we were here. We still enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat and going to Crab Island!!

Beach front with heated pool

Lots of space for the family and it was right on the beach. The heated pool was also awesome for the cooler and windier days. Also, super close to restaurants and amenities. My family really enjoyed our stay here and if we are ever in Destin again will be booking here again!
