Perfect summer ending!

The owners were fantastic with communication—very responsive and easy to work with. The condo was exactly as described and in an amazing location—super close to everything we needed! The air conditioning worked really well, so much so that we ended up buying fleece blankets for the evenings (not a complaint, just a funny bonus!).We loved that it was on the ground level and pet-friendly, so our fur baby could join us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed.One tip for light sleepers: if you’re staying in the queen bedroom, consider bringing a sound machine or fan. The guests above or next to us were pretty loud a few nights—not enough to complain about since they were just enjoying themselves, but it might be helpful to block out the noise, especially if you’re traveling with young kids.All in all, a great stay. We’d definitely recommend this place. Boshamps is a must eat… best meal we had!The beach chairs and umbrella were a great addition!The perfect way to wrap up summer!

Paradise for us.

It was our first time visiting Destin and this place did not disappoint! It is a clean quiet location within walking distance of a nice private beach. The pools were very nice and taken care of. We are looking forward to our next visit to Sandpiper Cove in the future. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Quiet slice of heaven

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The place is very comfortable for the two of us and we enjoyed that it was in a small community that allowed you to play pickleball, golf and have quiet access to the beach. It is in a prime location to get to many great restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Weekend Getaway

Matthew and Sara were great hosts overall. We had a great experience and loved the cute little apartment. It’s perfect for a couple to stay in Destin for the weekend and was super clean and comfy. There is a cute little back porch and a front porch to relax. it is close to the beach too, which is a total plus. You get beach Access and we would totally recommend it as there is a cute location with a bar restaurant and restrooms and showers. Again would totally recommend. we will likely be back.

Decent place to stay but not worth the cost

Sandpiper cove is a master community with pools and tennis courts, an onsite restaurant and snack bar at the beach. It had everything we wanted in a property. Unfortunately the property itself and the provided chairs and umbrella are in need of renovation-especially for the fees to stay here. We are lucky enough to travel often and can say that this place did not meet our expectations. The inside of the property has been updated but still could use work. The cabinets and doors didn’t open all the way because the floor and ceilings are uneven so you had to pull really hard to use them. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and pots and pans but that was it. All the other places we’ve rented in 30A and Destin also provided a few bottles of water and enough k-cups and sugar packets for a day or two of coffee and some salt and pepper and some baggies or Saran Wrap which this place did not have. The knife set that they have is extremely dull and barely cut watermelon - the most dangerous kitchen tool is a dull knife! That was disappointing again with the price of the rental. The bed however is extremely comfortable! We slept wonderfully in it and that made a big difference for the other items that were lacking. All in all we can’t figure out how this is a 10/10 rating. We’d give it 6.5/7 at most. It has potential to be better if they provided some essentials like the other places we’ve stayed.

Relaxing stay

This is a nice relaxing condo. The beach chairs are nice. If you want front row get out there and reserve your chairs around 8:30 am.

Great Place

Awesome community with tennis courts, pickle ball, pool, restaurant and security. Beach is a five minute walk and you have own set of beach chairs. Property was clean and quiet.
