The condo is very dated and poorly kept... bathrooms were not clean. The parking is unreasonable. The space is inaccessible if your vehicle is any larger than a compact. I drive a truck and my daughter drives a bronco and I had to park off-site and my daughter had to illegally park onsite (fortunately she wasn't towed). We did not go to the beach but if we were it would have been a long, uncomfortable walk. The traffic in the area is ridiculous. It was a holiday weekend so I will give some grace on that assessment however the condo location is not very convenient to anything. I brought my boat and had to store it and put it in the water at a marina ten miles away... very inconvenient when there is a dock right behind the complex. It's not a game changer because I wouldn't consider staying here again but they should allow for a boat slip during your stay. Overall, just poor.

This unit was everything promised. It was clean, comfortable, close to beach access, restaurants and shopping. Our stay was in February so the water taxi was not running. I am sure that would be a big plus for those who visit when it is because it will take you all around the bay. Maintenance (Henry) went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. The one draw back is, as others have stated, parking is problematic. That being said we had a wonderful time and Destin beaches are beautiful and the weather was everything we hoped for.

Girls Trip

The place was cute and very clean. Had anything we needed. Only issue was the parking is not easy for any SUB’s. The garage is hard to get into if you have an SUV. Also the additional parking is right at the end with not much lead way. Besides thar, this place worked for us.

Not a pleasant experience

Was not pleased with location, it was more than “just a few steps” from the beach, kitchen needed utensils, no ice maker, pull out bed in sofa has large sink hole, furniture had an odor and needed cleaning, parking was a nightmare (we scratched our NEW vehicle trying to navigate out of garage with other cars parked so close. Balconies had only chairs - no tables. The stairs became very tiresome after first day. I have to say that property management crew was A+. They even brought us ice! Sorry to say that we will not return.

Memorial Day Fun

Great vacation with family. The condo was in a great location for all our Destin activities. Especially appreciated the water taxi. As with everyone prior the only gotcha is the parking. Not an easy task to park in the garage. However everything else made it totally worth it!

Fantastic getaway

My sister and I stayed for several days and loved the condo! The location was great - quiet neighborhood, easy & private beach access after a short walk, and the condo was clean and as advertised. We’ll be back in the future!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It was very relaxing and just what we needed. Enjoyed being able to fish right when we woke up & go right on inside if we got too hot! Only thing that was kind of annoying was the parking. The parking spot for 12 was absolutely crazy - my car would not fit in the garage or the designated parking spot if someone parked in #15 next to us. We kept having to park in the visitor parking spot because our vehicle couldn’t fit when there was a car next to 12s spot. That’s the only complaint we had!!

Wonderful

Stayed here with my husband for our 3 year anniversary and we enjoyed our stay. 5 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed the bedroom/dining room balconies. Parking was very tight but we knew that from reading previous reviews. Will definitely come back!!!

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked how the property didn't have the typical over-the-top beach theme. It was clean and calm. The best part of the property is the easy access to the water taxi. We didn't have a car and were able to go out each day for dinner without a problem. The taxi picked us up at the building. It was great!

A little slice of heaven! This bright, scenic condo is right on the harbor and close to all the attractions. It had plenty of space for my family of 4, balconies at every turn and a cute beachy vibe. That being said there were a few maintenance issues that weren’t big enough of a deal to let bug us for the 5 nights we were there but were kind of a bummer. The toilet in the master bathroom spits at you after you flush and screeches for a good minute. Kind of annoying when you’re trying to go back to sleep after a midnight potty break. There were a few lightbulbs out, one of the table legs is not attached just kind of slid under the table, the door from the garage to the condo takes a little finagling, the balcony off of the kitchen is pulling away from the structure and the floor on the main level is slanted. The mattress on the pullout couch is about as flat as a piece of cardboard and there weren’t any sheets for it. I called ahead and asked if there was a blender, there was one but we discover after making a batch of daquiris that there is a hole at the bottom. We still loved our stay, the private beach access is paradise, we made lots of memories and plan on coming back!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was amazing with beautiful homes all around us.

The home was pretty clean. It had most everything that we needed. The master bathtub was stopped up the first few days and wouldn’t drain, but I notified the management and they sent someone the next day to unstop it. It is about a half mile or so walk to the private beach, which was beautiful and hardly any people around. I would stay here again!
