Perfect get away

Beautiful condo, short walk to the beach with the essentials. No beach toys but visitors leave sand toys in the “toy box” near the beach and pools. Check there before running to the conveniently located target and Walmart! We had a blast! Gorgeous view.

Small Family Summer Vacation

Super nice condo. Very clean inside. I’m not a huge fan of exterior facing doors but I get that’s just what is built in this area. The walkways could have been a bit cleaner but again the condo itself was very clean. We had everything we could possibly need for the week. Our door access code didn’t work when we got there but the owner was easy to reach and reset it quickly. I highly recommend paying for the beach chair and umbrella set up it was so nice to just walk down and have somewhere to go on the beach without lugging a bunch of stuff around. Only odd things shower curtains didn’t have liners so had to put the fabric curtain inside the shower and it got super wet. I assume there is some reason for this as it was the same in both bathrooms. The master bedroom door locks from the outside vs the inside. Weird!

Condo and view were excellent. Only problem I had is with Pelican Beach Resort beach rules. We are beach people and the PBR rule, if you bring your own chairs and umbrella you can only set up behind rental chairs and umbrellas which took up half of the beach.

Beautiful property, good location!

We had a wonderful stay at Gary's place. We had a few minor issues but Gary was always responsive. The unit is renovated beautifully and it really is a quick and easy walk to the private beach. We loved the oversized balcony with gorgeous views. The location is in close to pretty much all of the Destin destinations as well as great food, but isn't very walkable. Lastly, the food from the Tiki Bar/Cafe was surprisingly good! We ate there for lunch a few days! We'd definitely stay here again!

Nice condo

This unit is located in Pelican Beach resort but in Terrace building. The unit was neat but we saw dust here and there. The dryer wasn’t working. But owner responded pretty quick and happy about that. The view from the unit is awesome. We could see the ocean from the unit. You could sit in the porch and enjoy the sun on sunny days. We were able see the fireworks that were happening in the town.

Thanksgiving stay in Destin

Good location. 4-5 min walk to the beach. Enjoyable balcony views. Clean and comfortable. Harbor Walk and many restaurants within a short drive. The close by Marina Cafe had a fantastic Thanksgiving buffet and gorgeous Christmas decor. ( make reservations).

Summer Vacation

Property was absolutely beautiful! We definitely enjoyed our stay in Destin. Gary was great and helped us get our room for another night after we decided to stay one more night! We will definitely be coming back next year!

Beautiful Rental

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was beautiful, clean, and just as advertised. The 2 bedrooms were great for the 3 of us. My 7 yo daughter was excited to have her own room instead of a bunk bead tucked away in a hallway, as with some previous beach condos. The facility was awesome and the multiple pool options were great. Private beach area was amazing. Water was clear and refreshing. We could see the fireworks at the harbor from the balcony on Mon and Thurs nights. The water park across the street is walking distance and is a must for the kids.

A lovely place to stay

A great property in every way. Beautiful view, very clean, walking distance to the beach, plenty of space for my family of 6. Fabulous kitchen with everything needed to prepare family meals & a great washer/dryer to keep the clothes clean during our stay. The owner provided prompt communication whenever we had a question. Would highly recommend this property.

You can't beat the amazing view, the location, the convenience of check-in, parking, and the amenities of this property. The pictures don't do it justice. We had a wonderful week stay and loved everything about it!

Spring Break 2024

My wife, son and I rented this unit for Spring Break. The communication from the owner was timely and provided every detail needed to check in, access the unit etc. He even provided a great list of restaurant recommendations, which was appreciated. The unit itself was clean, spacious and exactly as described. All appliances, televisions etc were in working order. The view from the balcony was excellent! I would highly recommend this unit for a family. It’s a great location in a well maintained complex with easy access to pools and the ocean.

Quick October getsway

We were unsure about visiting Destin in the fall but it turned out to be a great few days. The unit was clean and beautiful, parking was easy, basically had the pool to ourselves. Definitely will come back, it was so nice to be in the area with no crowds.
