"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Wir haben uns während unseres Kurzurlaubes rundum wohlgefühlt .Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock,gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Die Verpflegung war auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Außerdem gab es in Mühlhausen so viel zu sehen, so daß wir bestimmt noch Mal wiederkommen würden."

Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren fast gleich groß und nicht so wie bei vielen anderen ein großes und ein kleines für Kinder. Somit ideal auch für vier Erwachsene. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. "

Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort in einem Neubaugebiet und ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu machen. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der zu jeder Zeit seine Hilfe angeboten hat. Für uns als Großfamilie ein optimales Ziel , dass wir sicher noch mal ansteuern werden."

"Besitzer 3 Stunden nicht zu erreichen, angeblich keine Buchung vorhanden, Finger weg! Haben spontan einen Tag vorher einer dieser Apartments gebucht. Am Anreisetag hatten wir versucht den Besitzer über die hier hinterlegte Telefonnummer zu erreichen. Nummer war nicht existent, Nummer von der Website war nicht erreichbar. 3 Stunden später und unzählige Anrufe später meldet sich Besitzer per SMS das keine Buchung vorhanden ist. Buchungsbestätigung war vorhanden. Da wir vor Ort nicht aufgegeben...

"Wir haben als Familie Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung bei Familie Kolbe gemacht. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie Kolbeck war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch für meinen Mann, der im Rollstuhl sitzt, hat alles super gepasst, alle Räume barrierefrei, große Wohnräume und große barrierefrei Dusche, im Schlafzimmer sogar ein Pflegebett. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung auf alle Falle weiterempfehlen. "
