“Unfortunately the accommodation was broken into on our first day and a number of personal valuables were stolen. The host was initially helpful and we agreed on a refund for the nights unable to be used as we did not feel safe staying there. Since then the host has been completely uncontactable and not return any calls, texts, emails etc. This has been very disappointing. Stayz themselves have been excellent, and when advising them of the situations have been very helpful and understanding. We……
