"Loved the loft! We stayed there for four nights and had a great time. The loft is quite big with an upstairs bedroom. The bed is super comfortable, everything is so cosy there’s a fire place, a kitchen where we cooked every night and a little deck in the backyard to relax where you can have a small barbecue. "We stayed in the yurt, which was clean and very fun. Wood stove kept us warm until it went out in the middle of the night, but that was my fault. Out of the way, secluded location. Lots of fun "

"The hotel is well designed but needs some refreshing. Carpeting needs replacing everywhere and the chippy painted tile in the spa showers made it look gross. However: staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"A small dirt road from a small town will get you there. Follow the paved road to the end and then follow a dirt road until the end. It has gorgeous views of the surrounding volcanoes. Jacuzzi is out of order. They have very friendly dogs. Wifi is decent and only in the main common area. Breakfast is a bit pricey, but good. (Fresh bread is great.) The cabin is rustic and lovely. (Bring you own knife if you plan to cook.) In short, the location is great and the views are even better!...

"I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. "The building is very charming and the grounds are lovely. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food was good. That being said, the pictures and description are a little misleading. The hotel is not on the shore of Lake Llanquehue. It has a large pond that it borders (as shown in the picture for the hotel). Although the pond was nice and included a rowboat which guests can use at anytime, there were hundreds of very noisy birds, detracting from what could be a very tranquil experience....
