Waited in the lobby for 30 mins
And no advise on what all facilities we can use
Overall not happy with however I have provided good ratings because of the service staffs were very very good
The hotel Stay was great, it was our 5th year anniversary and we sat at the beach at night with such lovely sky and view. Staff were super friendly who delivered food on the beach on special request, room was clean and close to the beach.
It remained a wonderful experience.
The facility offers great amenities. Rooms are clean with good hygiene.
Staff is very courteous and helpful and even attended our request at the middle of night.
Location makes this resort more exciting and offers beach and off beach activities to make your stay cool !!

Checking in was smooth and swift, however upon entering the room it was evident it wasn’t ready. We contacted the front desk and immediately they sent staff to address our concerns. The rest of our stay was marvelous! Our beach view room location was awesome! The entire staff was great! The food was good. We will definitely come back again!
A good recommended resort for the family. The Bungalow rooms are very small but have a good outside sit out area with seatings which makes the rooms ideal only for sleeping and use the outside sit out during rest of the day. Would recommend to book the Premium bungalow rooms which has an extra living room. The pool is massive and heated. Loved the pool. Not very crowded so got to enjoy the whole pool. There is also a kids water park which is great. The only downside was the kids water park was very cold (though the heating was on and some parts of the pool was warm) and kids couldn’t enjoy for long. The premises also has paid arcade gaming, paid bowling and Billiards section which is very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
Good and clean for this price, no view is nice....

The only comment is regarding the restaurant, since it's the only available, the menu needs to be improved.

Insects on fresh frute and food in breakfast buffet.
No info on maintenamce woek at the property at the time of non refundabke booking.
Small room sizes
Does not qualify for more than 2 star based on current condition
Staff asked us to wait at check out till the the housekeeping went to check the room and confirn that nothing was missing from room property - this made us feel like criminal suspects.

The maintenance, We have publish on expedia that our beach is temporarily closed and we also send you a message in regards to that and was read on your side on Feb. 19, 2020 at 10.34PM.
For the room size it is also publish that our bungalow rooms that you have booked is 18sqm.
On your check out, it is an international standard to check the rooms of the guest upon check out.
Further more we do have pest control maintenance in regards to the insects.

The hotel is an amazing location. Unfortunately, I was notified that the pool wasn’t working after I paid for the night stay. The huge pool was the main reason I wanted to stay in this hotel and it was disappointing that it wasn’t working.
