“Staying at the Montauk Manor has been a favorite place of ours for many years. We have stayed in many of the different rooms. This time was excellent as well and we would highly recommend staying with Nancy. It was clean and it was nice that there was paper towels... tin foil etc available (its the small things). Will be back.”

“The rental was very updated and clean. There was so much space and so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom was a little warm. We had some issues finding the beach chairs but overall a great place and location. We could walk to everything in Montauk.”

“Great location!! Close to downtown area with stores and restaurants. Across the street from the beach. Salvatore was responsive and helpful. Beautiful are!!”

“Wonderful waterfront property facing Long Island Sound. Great porch. Nicely appointed rooms and living room. Comfy beds. Lots of stairs to climb. Kitchen small but serviceable - don't expect to easily prepare a full three course meal in the space. Small fridge, no oven, good servicewear and utensils. Pool was closed for the season so didn't use, but poolside bathrooms, with showers, were handy for extended stay on day of checkout. Host Tom is good with communications.We hope to return...

Debra and Blake reached out to make sure we had all we needed, were very responsive and even provided some recommendations. We hope to be back again next summer!”
