Great vacation

We had a great stay at this place! We have two young kids (2yr and 4 mo) and the set up of this place worked out well for us! Quick walk to the bay side beach and the pool. Also a quick drive into town to go to the ocean beach (plenty of street parking during the week).

We had a wonderful time at this property! It has a large deck with wonderful ocean views. It was the perfect size for the three of us but could definitely sleep more. We absolutely loved the location, it was close to all the restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Debra!

Great little getaway

Property was very clean and organized. It was fully stocked with household supplies and activities for kids & adults. The owner was quick to respond to us when we had a question. Was a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this property!

A perfect stay at rough riders

Our family rented this and another unit. It was soooo clean, fully supplied and our family had the best week. Thank you to Debra and Blake for making our stay so memorabie and comfortable. Highly recommend this unit and these hosts!!!!!

Quiet Memorial Day Weekend Escape

Loved our Memorial Day weekend escape here. Although the temperature was too cool for beach or swimming, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place was so inviting; We loved the deck in early morning hours or late into evening. Deborah was so accommodating and helpful with whatever we asked help on. Would definitely love a repeat stay here in future.

An amazing 4th of July long weekend!!

The property was exactly as advertised. A beautiful, modern 1 bedroom condo overlooking the water!! Communication with the owner was exceptional. This was the best Vrbo we have ever stayed out! Highly recommend this place!!

Wonderful week, wonderful host

This is the third summer that my husband and I have visited Montauk and it was, by far, our best week. Debra was an amazing, gracious host who clearly wants the best for her guests. The condo lived up to our expectations, and the adjoining grounds offered some beautiful views of the sunset. The complex is well situated and an easy walk into town. We would definitely come back!

A perfect quiet spot to relax

The property was lovely and well-equipped, with gorgeous views over a peaceful bay. Big deck for hanging out in the evenings. Nearby fishing dock for our kid was a huge bonus. Minutes away from Montauk stores, restaurants and ocean-side public beach. Harbor very close as well - more good restaurants and ice cream. What more could you want?! Host was super-responsive and friendly. Would love to come back.

Wonderful weekend getaway

My husband, 9yo son, and I just got back from a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. The communication and check-in process were simple and easy, the condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was serene. We watched the sunsets each night and enjoyed the beautiful mornings from the large balcony. The host was fantastic and the size of the space was very comfortable. Highly recommend this option for future travelers to Montauk!

Our favorite place to enjoy Montauk. Apt is clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. Has a lovely deck in which to enjoy the sunsets and deers. Great location with easy access to town and beaches. Host is always available We will definitely be returning !

Wonderful stay in Montauk!

We had a wonderful stay at Debra and Blake’s condo! This was our 1st beach vacation with our baby and we had the best time. The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. It’s very comfortable, spacious, and has everything you can imagine for a great trip to Montauk. The deck outside is a huge bonus with beautiful views, especially at sunset. Good location too with easy walking distance to many restaurants. Debra and Blake were wonderful host. Very responsive and want their guests to have a great and easy vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Montauk memories

Our family of three had a lovely stay at Debra’s home in Montauk. The photos are great but the apartment is even nicer in person, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water and a roomy living space. It was close to several great waterfront restaurants and every night we watched the sunset from the large deck. Our 4yo daughter loved the community pool and swam every afternoon. We can’t wait to stay again next year.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

What a wonderful property. Beautifully furnished and decorated, clean and very well stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, condiments/coffee/tea, and a great selection of games for all ages. We loved the beautiful view, the beach, the well-kept pool area and the mellow vibe of the condo complex. The owner was very responsive and so nice. We hope to return next year!

Just completed a relaxing Memorial Day wknd get-away for a family of 4. Debra’s unit is decorated beach, modern-chic; meticulously clean and all necessities are well-planned and placed. View is amazing and complex amenities provided easy activities to do. Debra is a gracious host who made my 50th birthday weekend extra special- thank you!! Her restaurant and local recommendations were helpful.

Beautiful apartment with great view

My partner and I booked a long weekend in November to get out of the city. This apartment exceeded our expectations! The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity that you could want. The private deck off the apartment was huge with great seating options - we got to see a lot of wildlife. The host was also very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She was super kind, and we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone that is visiting Montauk!! It's a gem.

Great stay in Montauk

Debra, the owner was a treasure to work with, she a/was helpful and super accommodating. The apartment was spotless clean, very nicely decorated and the overall condo grounds are also very nice and well maintained. We loved the tennis courts and the pool. You have 2 of the nicest restaurants in Montauk just a short beach walk away and the train station is right behind the condo so we could easily get there even without a car. the terrace is very nice and a great view. for the kids, they provided super soft foam mattresses which proved great and a lot more comfortable than any traditional sofa bed. great idea! We love Montauk and look forwrad to the opportunity to go back!

Montauk Chill Vibes

While on an extended family reunion in Amagansett, we chose to stay in Montauk and channel our own Hamptons Vibe! And happy we were to find Debra’s fantastic place. Great place with a suberb host who answered many pre trip questions. We enjoyed many yummy eateries, swam in the bay, walked many beaches and toured wineries. The Parrish Museum was also a highlight. Highly recommended!

Such a pleasant stay… can’t recommend enough.

Had such a wonderful stay here! Debra provided everything you could need here… we were pleasantly surprised to find a closet full of beach/pool supplies (cooler bags, a cooler, pool floats, beach towels, etc.) as well as tennis rackets in multiple sizes (even one for my toddler) and balls - which we made use of on the tennis courts. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful stay in MTK this place is it.. away from the bustle of town, the view from the deck is stunning all day and night and the property was so quiet we took advantage of daily walks all along the piers. That this was an end unit and bottom floor made for optimal privacy and accessibility. All the lounge furniture on the deck is amazing as well. Add some takeout on the deck and it’s the same view as Navy Beach but with privacy :) We ended up using the couch as a bed (so our toddler could sleep undisturbed in the bedroom) and the mattress toppers provided made it actually very comfortable. The bedroom is also far enough from the living room that we didn’t have to worry about waking her either (a big bonus for parents of babies/toddlers lol). Bedroom also has blackout curtains which were helpful. The pool was also very quiet and not crowded at all which was nice. Overall 5 stars.. thanks again for everything Debra.

We had a fantastic stay in Montauk and can’t wait to do it again next year! Debra was the most gracious and thoughtful host. Every detail was taken into consideration. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated - and the view was beautiful - especially the sunsets! The location was perfect too - central to all the best restaurants and to town. I am so glad we found this gem of a place!!!

Great Family Space

Much bigger than it seems from pictures, almost didn't go because of 1BR but thankfully we did. 1 & 4 year old in BR, us on playscape couch worked fine. Great heated pool, boardwalk, close to everything and a deck that overlooked the beautiful water. We loved it.
