"Would like to commend the wonderful employees at the Hotel International Casino for their genuine hospitality, especially Egor from the front desk. Upon entering the hotel he welcomed us with a welcoming friendly hello and his knowledge and fluency in English was absolutely amazing! Egor jknows how to connect with guests and is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a friendly smile. He truly loves his job! A true asset to the hotel and he should definitely be in top management and train those lacking customer service/hospitality skills. All the bellman were very helpful and friendly. They should be commended for their hard work. The young ladies and gentlemen at the lobby cafe are the best! The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family! "

"Great location next to the Sea Gardens and the Main Street for Bars and Restaurants . Hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the main bus terminal. Staff are friendly and polite. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel after a 2 night stay. "

It was an amazing experience, I really liked it and the buffet food was so delicious and the restaurant team the way they worked was very good and the manager or supervisor the woman, a very hard worker I’ve never seen her like that the one that wore black and white stripes and black leggings I’ve never seen a woman work and manage like this before. I liked everything in the hotel and it was very close to golden sands beach just 8-10 minutes walk no more than that. "Great rural quiet location 20 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes to town. The host was superb, very helpful and prompt communication, assisted by an in-country host who was readily avaliable should we need her. The villa is spacious, with a very secure garden (for our dogs). It felt very secure with solid access gates and internal alarm, we had nothing to worry about. The heated pool, air-conditioning and TV streaming services (Netflix) all added to the comfort. Use the locsl butchers in Sokolovo for BBQ meat, its very cheap. We had an excellent week and wouldve extended if we could. "
