Great Apartment, Poor communication
Lovely apartment, pretty good location (as described). Very poor communication. I messaged a few weeks before check in to ask that the sofa bed be made up and he replied saying it would. I then messaged a few days before check in to confirm and had no reply. When we arrived the sofa bed was not made up as requested. I then asked a few simple questions throughout our stay which did not receive a response. (I asked if there was a dish brush and for some help with how to use the dishwasher). After a few days of this silence I called the phone number to see if I could talk to him on the phone and the number was disconnected or something. Overall 4/5, only because the place was so nice.

Perfect apartment. Great Location.
This property was spacious, modern, clean, and stocked with amenities. Very convenient location to touring and enjoying Dresden. Washing machine was a great feature. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. Everything detail was perfect!

Es war alles Bestens. Die Wohnung war sauber, schön eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist ansprechend, man ist dem ÖPNV in 15 Minuten in der City Dresden ist immer eine Reise wert. Viele Grüße von der Ostseeküste

Alles wie man es erwartet...
Alles sehr schön gelaufen. Wohnung genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Beste Option, wenn man kein Hotels mag. Wir alle waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Altstadt nimmt man da gerne in Kauf. Besten Dank und viele Grüße an unseren Vermieter Herr Fischer.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage
Der Aufenthalt im März war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist einladend eingerichtet, allerdings muss man Polyester Bettwäsche mögen. Der Nachbar liebt Technomusik, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts... in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts! Sauber, großzügig geschnitten und hell. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Praktische Wohnung für Kurzurlaub in Dresden
Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem gut angebunden und nah an der Innenstadt. Sie ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Über kleine Mengel wie einen lockeren Wasserhahn im Bad und fehlende Kaffee-Kapseln kann man hinwegsehen :)

Adventswochenende in Dresden
Wir haben ein paar tolle Adventstage in Dresden mit der Semperoper, der schönen Innenstadt und nicht zu vergessen, den vielen Weihnachtsmärkten verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was benötigt wird. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass neben der Bettwäsche und Handtücher auch sonstige Utensilien wie Geschirrhandtücher, Tabs für Geschirrspüler, Toilettenpapier etc. vorhanden sind, man muss nichts mitbringen. Das gibt es nur sehr selten. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen und man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Fazit: Dresden ist eine Reise wert und in dieser Wohnung ist man bestens aufgehoben.

Unkompliziert und erholsam
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, Check-In und Check-Out waren erfrischend unkompliziert. Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet, wir haben gut geschlafen - Matratzen und Kissen waren sehr bequem. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswerter Gastgeber, der auch während des Aufenthalts schnell zu erreichen war. PS: Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es einen großen und vielseitigen Spielplatz um die Ecke. Eine ruhige Gegend.

Ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet, aber...
... das große Bett im Schlafzimmer braucht alsbald eine neue Matratze und der Messerblock in der Küche hat auch seine beste Zeit hinter sich... Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und sind gut mit der Einrichtung zurecht gekommen. Das kleine Abenteuer mit dem Schlüsseltresor war zwar zunächst irritierend, dann aber gut zu bestehen. Alles in allem eine Ferienwohnung, in der es sich eine Woche oder auch etwas länger leben lässt.

Haben uns wohl gefühlt
Wir waren übers Wochenende in Dresden um auf ein Konzert zu gehen. Die Wohnung war für den kurzen Aufenthalt ideal, die Nähe zur Innenstadt Dresdens perfekt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Carport. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr aufgeheizt, Fliegengitter wären da zum besseren lüften sehr von Vorteil. Ansonsten haben wir uns für die kurze Zeit wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Wir waren mit den Kindern auf Familienbesuch in Dresden. Da das Thema Schlaf bei uns sehr wichtig ist, waren wir froh eine Unterkunft mit Außenrollos zu finden. Darüber hinaus wurden viele Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs (wie z. B Toilettenpapier und Spülmittel) zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir bei anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht immer hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Matratze im Elternschlafzimmer ist sehr durchgelegen und sollte bei Gelegenheit erneuert werden. Außerdem könnte die Kommunikation verbessert werden, auf Rückfragen und Anrufversuche wurde leider nicht reagiert. Fazit: Die bis jetzt beste Ferienwohnung, die wir gebucht hatten.

Schöne Tage in Dresden...
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, wenn man auch Tagesausflüge nach Meißen und Moritzburg machen möchte. Die Straßenbahn ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt, man kann damit direkt ohne Umsteigen in die Altstadt fahren. Insgesamt war alles da, was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt braucht.
