Excelente opción en el centro de Dresde, las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy cómodas. Las instalaciones son bonitas y cuidadas. Les recomiendo pedir el desayuno ya que es muy completo y delicioso. El personal es muy amable y atento.

El hotel y la habitación familiar para cuatro son estupendos. Por poner una tienda las almohadas son muy malas y la ducha necesita una puerta, no puede ser que una habitación sea compartida por cuatro personas y no tengamos puerta. Puede resultar violento.

No le gustó: Servicio y personal y condiciones de la propiedad
Buena ubicación, aunque demasiada aglomeración debido al mercado navideño que obstruía el paso al hotel, la habitación era amplia con un colchón más bien blandengue y el servicio de habitaciones pésimo ya que pasaban de la limpieza una vez acomodado en la habitación y teniendo que pedir cada mañana las cápsulas de leche puesto que no las reponian, y por último, una recepción desangelada con un personal poco, por no decir nada, predispuesto a prestar ayuda al cliente

Un buen hotel en muy buena ubicación
Todo bien. El desayuno bueno pero podría ser mejor, dado el precio. Los recepcionistas nada simpáticos, ninguno. Los encargados del desayuno en cambio muy agradables.

At check in, I was not told of a nearby basement carpark but was pointed to another car park a ways away. After parking the the nearby basement carpark which I found by chance, it was a short walk over cobblestone courtyard to the hotel. Not good for luggage wheels. Getting up to my room, my cards did not work and had to go to the lobby to have them reprogrammed. The room was ok, not dirty but not very clean. The shower head didn't work on other settings. Pillows were lumpy. Only thing going for this hotel is its location.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder aber buchen kein Frühstück mehr dazu … sehr eintönig und keine Auswahl … in 3 Tagen nicht einmal Fisch oder ein Spiegelei geschweige ein gekochtes Ei. Aber so super tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Personal.

Insgesamt war alles sehr schön, nur gibt es beim Frühstück zu bestimmten Zeiten eine recht lange Wartezeit, bis man einen Tisch erhält. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass wir 4 Personen waren, für 2 Personen war fast immer etwas verfügbar. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Lage ist super.

The hotel has very good location, the rooms are clean and new. We had a room with a balcony and view to the Altmarkt, which was nice. The building itself is a bit run down. There is a coffee machine in the room, but you only get 2 coffee capsules, no matter how many nights you stay, this is really ridiculous. We asked for more but they say it’s just welcome gift of 2 pcs and that’s all. I think for similar price level you get get better deal in Dresden.

Insgesamt sehr sauberes, ruhiges und sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel ! Aber ein paar Sachen haben uns dann doch gestört ! Sollte die Reception nicht den Gast als erstes empfangen und die Visitenkarte eines Hotels sein und nicht wie hier in der 1. Etage versteckt wie die Ausgabe der Handtücher in einem Spa Bereich ! Dieses Manko sollte dann aber durch das Personal an der Reception wettgemacht werden ! Aber leider enttäuschen ! Die Begrüßung war lieblos und unprofessionell und der ausdrückliche Hinweis auf den 60.Geburtstag meines Freundes, der Grund unserer Dresden Reise, wurde stoisch ignoriert ! Das haben wir in Hotels der gleichen Kategorie schon anders erlebt ! Desweiteren finde Ich eine Toilette, so nah am Zimmer, ohne Lüftung unpassend und Mineralwasser und ein Schuhanzieher gehören doch eigentlich zur Grundaussttattung !

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch direkt ums Eck. Das Hotel liegt zwischen zwei Fast Food Ketten, das sollte aber definitiv nicht abschrecken. Gute Restaurants gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mein Zimmer lag nach vorne, daher hatte ich Bedenken bzgl der Lautstärke, war aber tatsächlich nicht schlimm (ich war aber auch unter der Woche dort und nicht am Wochenende). Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem. Sollte man keine tägliche Reinigung wollen, bekommt man einen Getränkegutschein von der Bar. Es gibt zwei Aufzüge, ich bin mir aber nicht sicher ob man mit einem Rollstuhl hier gut aufgehoben ist. Auch mit einem Kinderwagen kann ich es mir schwieriger vorstellen.

The hotel is in a great location and very clean. The hotel is a great place to sleep and take a shower but there is no excitement in the hotel - quite boring. The entire staff including the manager need to go through a customer service training to improve.

A really nice hotel, on a big square on the edge of the old town. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was very spacious and clean, and had a very comfortable bed. There was a coffee machine with two pods included and a bottle of sparkling water. The hotel was very pleasant and good value, I would definitely stay here again if I was returning to Dresden.
