"The rental was in a nice historic neighborhood convenient to a number of stores. It was quiet except for the parrots at dawn & dusk, & very nice for walking. The unit was very clean & we had no trouble turning on the heat (although the remote for the living room heater turned on the TV every time we changed the temperature). "They had said they would give me the code the day of arrival but I had to remind them, the property it’s nice and clean ,except for the bbq grill was dirty, the beds didn’t had the top bed sheets had no cleaning rags the broom and mop were out side and dirty, but they sent the sheets and rags and had ok communication "

"Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star."
