“They forgot our reservation. Then told us they hadn't cleaned the house and it was dirty an hour before check in. After hours of phone calls we were able to get a refund. Finding a hotel last minute was stressful. Would not recommend.”

“The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made it easy for us to check in and check out. The house was in a good location, the house was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe there. The only things we noticed were there was not enough furniture in the living room (need larger couch, coffee table and easy chair), there were no kitchen towels, dish drainer or dishwasher, there were not enough bath towels, and the paper products were low quality. Maybe these suggestions would help another……

“This is a work in progress with fabulous potential for charging a lot more. The responsiveness of the hosts was the best part. Originally, there were only three mugs, no skillet and workable spatula which the hosts provided the next day after we requested them. Christmas trash in from of the house was promptly removed when request. Fabulous. Despite being next to the fire station, the location was perfectly quiet with great highway access. I look forward to staying next year just to see what……

“You need to replace the couches. They photographed well, very uncomfortable. Really enjoyed the mattresses very comfortable. Thank you for making the house so welcoming when we arrived. Noticed one of the couch zippers is broken, Of course the stove top has seen better days. Thank you.”
