We arrived at the hotel at 1:40 pm (check in time is at 2 pm). Elena from Reception informed us that our room is not ready, the pool is closed and shisha services are not available today. She kindly apologizes for the inconvenience and offers a late check out tomorrow (3 pm instead of noon). It was a reasonable offer. We had to wait about 1.5 hours before getting our room key. Spent some time at the coffee shop at the hotel. After we received a key and went to our room, we found out the room was still not ready, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. We end up getting the room at 4 pm instead of 2 pm check in time.
Next day at noon Reception keeps calling to our room multiple times. My 1 year old baby was napping and that calls wake him up. I had to go to the reception and ask them not to disturb us with phone calls. Apparently, they were not aware about our 3 pm check out and asked us to vacate the room. I talked to the Front Office Manager (I believe his name is Gangorg) and explained the check in situation and multiple disturbing calls to our room from the front office. He did not make the situation any better. He makes me feel very unwelcome. I would expect much better service from a 5-star hotel, but did not get it from the Front office Manager.
Housekeeping:
Hotel is sparkly clean, thanks to housekeeping. We requested an additional blanket, and it was delivered in 5 minutes. Minifridge in our room did not work, housekeeping brought the new one in 5 minutes.
