Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Located in the city and is close to the Dubai mall and many restaurants! Staff was really nice and place is clean and the rooms also! Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed there just over a week and the restaurant was poorly managed by the assistant manager who so rude and not guest friendly.

Very unhappy with our stay.
Don’t get the Suite if you would like to have a nice view. It’s sad that you are paying more for a bigger room when in fact a smaller room has better views and for whatever reason the hotel cannot inform you that the pool, bar and restaurant will be closed because of preparation for an event. I am sorry but I am very unhappy about my stay and it’s not acceptable that customers can’t at least be informed that amenities aren’t available during their stay. The concierge was great but the rest was so not worth the money we spent, especially for a 5-star hotel.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at Ramada. The room felt outdated, old. The lighting in the room was quite dim and dingy. The shower was not up to the mark and there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations, making it difficult to recommend this hotel. I would not rate this hotel as a 5 star, I would rate it as a low 1 star. I want Expedia to give me reimbursement for my bad experience , as we paid 27000 INR for 2 night we could have easily spent another 13k and got four seasons , trident or Sofitel and get a real five star experience Do not recommend this place . As the premises need some serious upgrade to call it 5 star

Amazing experience
Truly amazing experience. While checking in, they offered a complimentary juice which was refreshing as you come in from hot weather. Then I was provided with room earlier than the check in time so went straight into the room which was great in itself. Plus the view you get while going up or down in the lift is just awesome

The hotel was a lovely place to stay, excellent pool food and rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and linens were the best and softest I've experienced. Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant.

This hotel is in close proximity to the downtown area, shopping and other attractions. The pool area is very nice with views of the Burj Khalifa. There is a variety of food to choose from. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. We met a lot of staff, some I cannot remember their names, but thank you to Binu, Sampath, Joesph and Issam!

Very good views of the city skyline
Very good stay! I had to upgrade my room because I was under the impression city view meant looking at the Burj Khalifa but it didn’t so I paid a little more to see the Burj Khalifa from our room. The rooftop was so nice and relaxing with the bar accessible. I will say you definitely have to get a taxi to still go anywhere since it’s not right next to everything in downtown. Overall I’d still stay here at this hotel.

Stayed in canal cental hotel for 10 days and the experience was excellent. The room was cleaned everyday, breakfast was lovely staff were very lovely and helpful would definitely come back again!!

We arrived at the hotel at 1:40 pm (check in time is at 2 pm). Elena from Reception informed us that our room is not ready, the pool is closed and shisha services are not available today. She kindly apologizes for the inconvenience and offers a late check out tomorrow (3 pm instead of noon). It was a reasonable offer. We had to wait about 1.5 hours before getting our room key. Spent some time at the coffee shop at the hotel. After we received a key and went to our room, we found out the room was still not ready, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. We end up getting the room at 4 pm instead of 2 pm check in time. Next day at noon Reception keeps calling to our room multiple times. My 1 year old baby was napping and that calls wake him up. I had to go to the reception and ask them not to disturb us with phone calls. Apparently, they were not aware about our 3 pm check out and asked us to vacate the room. I talked to the Front Office Manager (I believe his name is Gangorg) and explained the check in situation and multiple disturbing calls to our room from the front office. He did not make the situation any better. He makes me feel very unwelcome. I would expect much better service from a 5-star hotel, but did not get it from the Front office Manager. Housekeeping: Hotel is sparkly clean, thanks to housekeeping. We requested an additional blanket, and it was delivered in 5 minutes. Minifridge in our room did not work, housekeeping brought the new one in 5 minutes.
