Come enjoy our vacation rental! All new in 2015. We're in a fantastic neighborhood - close to Duluth's Spirit Mountain skiing & biking, the retail district, and lots of things to do and see! The apartment has a full kitchen, beautiful bath and living room & king bedroom.

This is a fantastic space in a safe neighborhood that is close to everything. Everything is renovated and in great condition in this apartment, vacation space. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room had in ultra plush futon!
You have access to the entire rental apartment - living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, closet, and outdoor patio.This unit is completely free of stairs and only has a small step lip to step over into the tiles shower

Hermantown is Duluth's upscale suburb. It’s close to everything!

By car:
10 minutes to Spirit Mountain's main entrance
12 minutes to Canal Park & Downtown Duluth
10 minutes to the Miller Hill Mall and the Shopping district
12 minutes to the Duluth International Airport

Our plowing service will clear the driveway if there is more than 2 inches of snow. You will be alerted prior to this happening and be asked to move your vehicle to the road during this time. In the case of extreme snowstorms, there may be delays. Our city street may not get plowed as fast. A snow shovel is provided for you to do any necessary shoveling from your door to your vehicle.

Great Location

The house was in the perfect spot for our 4th of July weekend exploring around Duluth. In close proximity to everything but still felt private. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The property itself is in a lovely, semi-rural location, yet is only a few minutes drive into Duluth. It is a comfortable place to stay and has all the amenities you'd need for short, or even longer term stays. The hosts are very welcoming. I'd stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Cute, comfortable, great location

Checked in Friday late afternoon and left Sunday morning. The bed was very comfortable and I'm told the futon was comfy to sleep on. The entire place is nice and I enjoyed the view out the windows. Parking is close and not having to walk any stairs was handy. I thought the price was reasonable. It had a country feel to it while being close to town. I would like to come back when I can stay longer since we were gone all day Saturday.

Owners are very thoughtful about misc products such as paper towels, cooking seasonings, & bathing amenities. Very pleasant place to stay. Only issue was Vrbo link was not working when checking in but was able to get ahold of them & get info.
