“整體而言很不錯，一開始猶豫許久，因為考慮到安全問題。但住宿當晚，睡得十分安心，owner十分健談。剛好來的時間為冬天，不然就可以欣賞免費的室外電影了！周遭環境為住宅區，各式美式連鎖速食餐廳都有，開車14分鐘即到市區，算是方便了。總體評價10分，能給到9.5分。”

“We booked a handicapped but when we arrived, our reservation left that out. The staff changed our room to a handicap accessible room with no problem. Rome was clean, quiet and close to attractions. Staff was excellent ”

“While otherwise everything was excellent, I have to strongly downgrade the place for the following reason. This is a concierge-less fully automated property. We got there exactly at 4, and the front door did not open w the provided pin. After trying several times, my wife discovered that an additional button had to be pushed, while I was on the phone unsuccessfully trying to get somebody on the provided phone number. This button was not disclosed in the instructions. That took 10 minutes.……
