Please note we will occasionally negotiate, if it is in the interests of both parties. Secluded family villa located in the sought after area of Coveta Fuma, near to El Campello. This perfect family villa offers spacious, light and airy accommodation on one level, with spectacular sea views to the east, south and south-west, and a private swimming pool, which has the option of being heated (see rules and policies/house rules/custom rules). Note that heating the pool can take several days depending on the water starting temperature, the air temperature, if there’s a breeze, the hours of sunshine and whether or not the pool cover/thermal blanket is in place, with the latter being the only variable that we have control over, and so it is in your interest to give us as much notice as possible.

We will always do our best to accommodate your arrival and departure requirements, whether that be an earlier or later than 4pm check-in, or an earlier or later than 10am check-out. Note that very late arrivals after 9pm can be accommodated for a late check-in fee of 100 euros, payable on arrival.

The villa has awnings for those who prefer the shade, and many cool areas of the garden in which to sit. It also benefits from hot/cold air conditioning, a large wood burner in the lounge, and has additional heaters for the cooler months. A travel cot is available on request.

Being located only a 20/25 minute drive from Alicante airport, the location could not be more perfect, and we are pleased to offer a basic welcome pack for your convenience on arrival.

Terrific stay
From the exceptional hospitality of both David and Candy to David’s delightful, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean villa, our stay was perfect. The views are stunning and the location ideal. The small village of Coveta Fuma has everything required (including a great beach) and the tram means car hire is not necessarily required. Without doubt, the best villa of the many we have rented!

Perfect Villa Holiday
We’ve just returned from a gorgeous week away in this lovely villa. We were a family of 6 & it was just perfect with all the amenities you’ll need. The Villa has a lovey veranda with beautiful sea views & gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. The veranda has comfy seating overlooking the pool which we paid extra to heat. The pool was large enough for kids and adults to play in with plenty of loungers & umbrellas. The Villa also has plenty of other seating areas to spread out if you want a bit of peace & quiet. We particularly liked the one area out front. The Villa was located in a quiet neighbourhood a 10 min walk to a small supermarket which did lovely warm bread & pastries a couple of bars restaurants & a small beach, although some roads are hilly. The tram stop of Coveta Fuma near the supermarket is so cheap to travel on (€9 for 6) although sometimes it’s standing room only. We used the tram to travel to the beach at El Campello, Alicante & Benidorm. Candy was the perfect host offering that personal touch contacting us before the holiday to arrange taxi transfers to & from the airport & despite the very late hour met us at the Villa to show us around. Candy also send us details of a large supermarket if we wanted to order online, plus during the holiday sent us plenty of ideas & places to visit. And thank you to Bonnie who oversaw our departure. Thank you to David for letting us stay in this lovely villa & Candy for going above and beyond in making this just the perfect holiday

Stunning Villa
We have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Carlanna. The Villa was perfect for our family, it had everything you may need (even a wheelie trolly for taking heavy items home from the shop!). Air conditioning in the bedrooms was a delight at bedtime. The Villa was within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants that also has a children’s playground within view of the bars, this was great for our children (aged 2, 7, 9 and 10). We found no need to hire a car, we used the tram, which was within walking distance of the Villa, for days out in El Campello and Benidorm, it was very efficient. David was super quick at replying to any questions I had and Candy was very welcoming, she checked us in and out very quickly. We are missing the beautiful sea views already and can not wait to return. Thank you David and Candy.

Lovely Villa With Sea Views
The property is well equiped and maintained. It is located in a quiet residental area and has great sea views. It is in a good location with local pubs, restaurants and a shop within 10 mins walk. Strongly recommend hiring a car to explore the area. The property mamager (Candy) was very helpful and responsive. We had a great hoilday and would love to go back again.

We stayed for two weeks at the beginning July. On arrival we were met by Bonnie and shown around. It was extremely hot during our stay so the air conditioning in the bedrooms was much needed. The pool is a real gem with a lovely temperature and private. There are other villas very close by, but they don’t interfere with your views out to sea. Issues raised during our stay were quickly sorted out by Candy and Bonnie. It should be noted that whilst there are local bars not far away the walk to them is down/up quite a steep hill. The pool area would benefit from a second umbrella although there are other sheltered areas around the Villa.

Lovely villa, great location!
We had a lovely stay in Villa Carlanna. A really well equipped kitchen, plenty of shade options for outdoor areas, air con in the bedrooms is very efficient, pool area is very nice…they have thought of all of your potential needs, even down to a wheeled shopping bag for market days etc (you really should use it- everyone has one!). Check in and check out we’re very friendly and speedy- we were given lots of guidance and links for places to go and invaluable advice on where to spend time before our late flight home, couldn’t ask for more We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Villa with an amazing view
We had an amazing time at this wonderful villa. Superb villa, clean and tidy with amazing views and everything we needed and more. The pool was a good size and we had it heated which was needed as we went early April. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday. We will be booking again in the near future.

Lovely quiet break
The property was clean and well equipped. Lovely views and the pool a good size. We didn't hire a car as we had read about the tram stop being nearby. It's a ten min walk, although hilly, an easy walk. We found the tram, cheap, clean, cool and easy to use. We went as far as Benidorm (Aqualandia) and El Campello in the other direction. We explored different beaches along the coast, rock shoes are a good idea for the more local coves. Candy was a great source of information and very helpful, she organised our transfer from the airport to our villa and back again. All in all a great holiday.

We loved staying in this lovely villa. The layout is perfect. Very comfortable beds. Lovely shaded terrace. The pool was perfect. Candy was really helpful, met us at the villa on arrival, is available for any questions. Communication with David was also great. The villa is about 5-10 mins walk from some lovely restaurants. The tram was really close and great for visiting other towns along the coast. We would highly recommend.

Loved our time at the villa. Exactly as described Plenty of space for a family of 5. Washing machine came in handy. Could do with a more accurate guide on how to get to the local square - lovely restaurants - and also to the local shop which was perfect for snacks and fresh baked goods. Spectacular Villa
The villa was splendid, we had no complaints whatsoever. The sea views from the property were breathtaking, you have to see (sea 🙃) it to believe it. As we didn't hire a car we relied on the tram service which was reliable, frequent and reasonably priced. The villa had everything we needed and more. No hesitancy on giving it a 5* rating.

Beautiful Villa in a quiet residential area
We stayed for a week end of May 2022 myself and 5 friends. The villa Carlanna was beautiful. Fabulous pool and 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. Candy the property manager was really attentive and gave us lots of information about the area and things to do around about. It would be better to hire a car if you want to see the sights and have days out. But we enjoyed restful days by the pool and taking the tram just 10 minutes walk away for days out to the many beautiful beaches and towns nearby. Lovely plaza close by with a selection of bars and restaurants and a beach with paddle boards, canoes and boat trips also 10 minutes away. Would highly recommend it and would love to come back.

Superb Management
The villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. The seaviews are even more outstanding than they appear on the website. The tram into El Campello is regular and easy to use. There are a few bars and restaurants well within walking distance (very friendly staff). We have to give special mention to Candy, the villa manager who went out of her way to help us obtain our covid lab results prior to flying home.

Beautiful setting in Coveta Fuma
We recently stayed at this property and it is a large clean and quiet villa in an exclusive part of this coastline and thoroughly enjoyed it. The area itself is very quiet and those with families might need to ensure they can keep some food in as the opening times and menu of the local restaurants seems to change daily however if you are looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy a stunning view with your own spacious villa and swimming pool then this is definitely one to consider. The villa itself is a little dated but is clean and has the latest appliances etc so it is more than suited for visiting families and the pool is fantastic during the very hot days and the sun lovers will adore the various garden areas and sitting outside to eat on the veranda. It has AC throughout the bedrooms and a large fan in the living area and as it was 35 deg when we visited it we have to admit it was a bit too hot to sit in the living area as there wasn't a breath of wind however the coolness of the rooms more than made up for this and great for sleeping. In truth the only negatives were small ones such as one day there was a noisy neighbour with a chop saw ( but a total one off), the ants were pretty lively and there seemed to be warnings relating to extra charges - None of which were applied so don't let this put you off as presume its to prevent people being daft in the villa - however these are all minor compared to the simply stunning views on 2 sides of the villa straight out to sea and really wish we had booked there for longer. I'd strongly recommend getting a car as it was great to travel about but there are a couple brilliant coves and beaches a few minutes away from the house as well as some stunning big mansions on top of the hillside if you just fancy a local holiday. From the moment we landed until the day we left the owners representatives were on hand and even left a bottle of bubbly for us so they really work hard to make you feel at home and it made a big difference . definitely recommend

Mostly enjoyable stay
The villa was lovely and clean on arrival and were shown where everything was, by the property managers Maureen and Brian. The villa is advertised as secluded, but there are properties on 2 sides. Although it is not overlooked. The villa definitely needs air cond. in the living room. We could not feel any sea breeze and when we came back from a day out had to use the bedrooms to cool down. We did not feel comfortable sitting on the verandah at night as we had been warned about mosquitoes, although we were given a spray to use The villa was advertised as having basic sky package. 90% of the time we could not use the tv as there was no signal irrespective of which channel we were trying to watch. We tried at various times during the day to use the tv and had the same message. This was a real disappointment. The pool was lovely and the walk to the tram stop and shop , although hilly, was not as bad as I was expecting, although we were getting slower by the end of the week!

A lovely villa with great sea views.
We recently stayed at the villa for 10 nights in April 2019. It's very spacious and the kitchen and glassware dining is very well equipped. The pool was wonderful and the shaded veranda was lovely along with gorgeous sea views. We were met by the host who was extremely friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the tram stop which can take you either north or south and 4 mins journey to el campello for restaurants etc. There is a small square 10 mins walk away with some bars and restaurants, the Singapore garden was excellent but none have any views as such. The villa's getting a bit outdated which could easily be fixed is clean up the black mould marks on wall around dining area, replace the veranda sofa which had horrible patches on it and provide some cushions for sun loungers - nothing major but would make things nicer reflecting the cost. I would recommend this villa for a relaxing break.

Beautiful villa and pool with sea views
We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this beautiful villa. Maureen and Brian were very welcoming and helpful. We were very grateful for the welcome pack provided which included some essentials as well as a lovely bottle of Cava and some beers. The villa was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. It was a pleasure to have a swim in the heated pool first thing in the morning followed by a coffee in the sun, looking out to the sea views. The local supermarket was close by and had freshly baked croissants and baguettes each morning. Altogether a very relaxing Easter break.

Pool and outside area were superb. Beds were very comfy and the air conditioning a God send in the bedrooms. Communication with Maureen and Brian was excellent on the run up to the holiday and whilst we were there. The villa is very well equipped to eat in, but the square with restaurants and bars is only 5 minute walk away and gives plenty of options for eating out. One thing that could have improved this this villa would have been the provision of an electric fan or two in the living areas which got particularly hot during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.
