Our room was fine on 5th floor, torre 2. Bathroom clean but in need of upgrading bath discoloured etc. Kind of expected that as read reviews. Kitchen in room a bit tatty but was adequate. Hotel has good food, decent drink selection, good staff and pool etc. What more do you need?! Lifts worked fine.

Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. Very repetitive but fine. A few places to walk out to from the hotel and beach is less than 10 minute walk. Great value for families. I joined friends there for a few days and was expensive on your own.

Paradise for kids

Very good hotel for families with kids. Very friendly staff. Its a paradise for kids. A lot of things to do. Entertainment every night. Good breakfast buffet, and snacks buffet. Good location in a quiet area. Close to a beach too. 15 min local bus to shopping mall. 20 min local bus to Benidorm centre.

The hotel rooms were too old and some parts were broken. The beds were too noisy. The window was blocked. We found one cockroach in bathroom. There was no blanket on the beds and when we asked for it, they bring old blankets without bedding. Overall no good maintenance of the rooms.

Nedslitt. Gammelt. Ille-luktende. Mye støy. Farlige vannsklier. Kantine-mat. Mugg i ventilasjon. Dårlig renhold på rommene inkludert skifting av sengetøy. Anbefales til familier med ønske om lav standard til tross for 3-stjerners hotell. På nettsiden står det utsjekk kl. 12, men det er kl. 10. Må betale 10 euro per ekstra time, hvis det i det hele tatt går. Folk reserverer solsenger som noen galninger og er tydelig preg av "all inclusive" med boss liggende rundt omkring. Folk sitter fast i heisene og de er i svært dårlig stand. Blokkene er over 20 etasjer høye og er avhengig av heis. Må ofte vente 15-20 min for å få heis, fordi flere ikke funker eller mange som tar heis samtidig. Små heiser som fort blir overfulle. Ikke verdt pengene.

Positivt: - Veldig god mat, store rom og flott uteområde. Negativt: - Alt for mange berusede mennesker med barn, føltes ikke trygt å sende barn for å hente drikke eller is selv. - Barnene våre ble vitne til en brite som angrep en vakt og måtte fraktes bort av politiet. En traumatisk opplevelse for barn. - Trange ganger og kaos, spesielt i områdene med mathall/heisene. - Heisene var trege, små og upålitelige. Var raskere å gå 11 etasjer enn å vente på heisen.

Slitent hotell men bra badeannlegg

Slitent hotell og rommet var klar for en oppgradering. Rust i badekaret, ødelagte fliser på gulv og vegg på badet, kjøkkeninnredning så ut som det var utsatt for vannlekasje. Har du høydeskrekk så be om et rom langt nede. Heisene var forferdelig trege. Kunne vente på de enkelte ganger iværtfall 10-15 min før de kom. Maten var det mye å velge mellom. Tex-mex var veldig god! Badeområdet var stort noe som gjør det behagelig å være der heile dagen. Her finner man alt til liten og stor. Både sklier og områder for å ha egne badeleker i. Jeg synes det var deilig at det ikke var oppvarmet basseng da det var digg å kjøle seg ned når det blei varmt i lufta. Badevaktene var mange og flinke! Alt i alt vil jeg si at det er et party-hotell for både barn og voksne. Det var mye liv og røre heile dagen frem til midnatt. Mye som skjedde for unger/ungdom. Gøy med live musikk nedi disco rommet. Det er høy musikk generelt hele tiden frem til midnatt. Lite stoler/bord i uteområdene uteom ved scenen. Savnet flere soner man kunne sitte ved uten masse høy musikk.
