"From the listing it told we would have a double and two single beds. We had a single and two futons. Property manager was not easy to get a hold of and we did not receive most information. Mainly the address was never given to us or the lot number. Also the trailer was overwhelmed with ants. We could not have anything open or on counters floors stands as the ants where everywhere. "Cabin, tiny mobile home, was clean however sleeper sofa was in bad condition and there were only two single mattresses in the loft area so was not comfortable for a family of five. Additionally there was not enough chairs, table only had four chairs and only the sofa to sit on. Fellow campers not friendly nor was the employees that worked there. Had a miniature golf course but was in poor condition. Stayed here because thought it was close to Gettysburg when in reality it was about a 30...

"House & grounds are beautiful. They aren’t kidding! Stairs are steep! Very comfortable stay. Could not get response from my notes to owners regarding a few questions, but did receive two informative form emails from them while we were there. Overall, good stay."
