Cottage "Huus Sünnschien" in the old town of Emden

Our pretty holiday home with complete equipment is located in the old town area Klein-Faldern in Emden. The city center is within walking distance.
Emden is a great starting point for numerous cycling tours, beautiful walks in nature and on the water. There are many water sports. Equally large is the cultural offer (Kunsthalle, museums, etc.). From Emden you can start very well on island excursions and visit the East Frisian villages.
Equipped is our cottage (75 square meters) for four people. It is divided into:
2 bedrooms, 1x with double bed and 1x with two single beds
Living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub and washer and dryer.
Our guests also have a small terrace (10sqm) with garden furniture and awning available.
Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir sind super sehr nett persönlich vom Vermieter begrüßt worden. Das Häuschen ist ein Traum, alles super sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden . Parken konnten wir direkt vor der Tür. Der Ausgangspunkt für viele Fahrradtouren ist perfekt. Bis zur Borkumfähre waren es mit dem Fahrrad auch nur 4km. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen das Ferienhaus sehr gerne weiter.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber super freundlich und gute Kommunikation. Von der Unterkunft aus ist alles gut zu Fuß in Emden zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und sollten wir wieder mal nach Emden kommen, dann gerne hier nochmal. Wir können diesen Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus in der Emder Altstadt. Komplett ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Das Einzige was man ändern könnte wären Fliegengitter/Vorhang an der Küche.

Eine ganz tolle Urlaubsunterkunft! Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zu Fuß konnten wird das Zentrum ganz schnell erreichen, einen Parkplatz am Haus zu finden war gar kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Freundliche Gastgeber, angenehme Atmosphäre, zentrale Lage, ein schöner Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Krummhörn. Die liebevolle Einrichtung lässt den Gast eintauchen in ostfriesische Lebensart. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Unterkunft in netter Umgebung
Schöne Wohnung, modern eingerichtet und doch klassisch in einem Reihenhaus in der Emder Altstadt gelegen. Komplett ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, schön eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Kommunikation mit dem netten Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir konnten alle Aktivitäten in Emden zu Fuß erledigen (Hafen, Restaurants, Kino, Bowling, etc.). Wenn man ein Manko suchen würde, dann wäre es der fehlende Parkplatz. Wir haben aber immer in der Nähe einen Platz gefunden.

Uns hat insbesondere die Liebe zum Detail gefallen, jeder Winkel ist hier fein hergerichtet, nichts Übertriebenes, keine Perfektion, dafür den umgebenden Umständen angepasst wie eben in einem Altbau. Für große Menschen könnte es im Obergeschoss wegen der begrenzten Höhe schwierig werden. Oben sind die Schlafräume, unten die Toilette. Wer also nachts raus muss! Sehr schön: gleich eine Straße weiter einer, der perfekte Pommes macht und vieles anderes mehr (Burger, auch vegan). Also: eine kleine, feine Wohlfühloase.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings sind die beiden Schlafräume im 1.OG für nicht mehr ganz so mobile Senioren nur über eine sehr schmale Treppe schwierig zu erreichen. Die Betten sind sehr niedrig und es gibt wenig Staufläche für Wäsche
