“We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties over the years and can honestly say that this property was the cleanest and best appointed! Every detail from the kitchen to front porch was so well done that whatever you can think you needed was there. Unfortunately, we were there for a short visit with family in the area and could not take advantage of all that the property had to offer.”

We comfortably had 4 adults and a toddler in the house for a week. There were definitely some extra things we could have used in the kitchen, that weren’t there already, but we bought some of that. We cooked at the house every day. I loved how responsive the contact we had with the property management...

“We were in the area for tournaments at Lakepoint Sports Complex. We only play one game a day, so we were looking for somewhere we could relax during our down time. The Shady 180 was perfect! We didn’t take advantage of all the amenities that are available in the neighborhood. We just enjoyed relaxing at the house. The hot tub was perfect for our son who was pitching. The swings on the porch were nice to sit in and enjoy the view. April has thought of everything you might need and really cares...
