Staff at the front desk were unaware as to how to make charge on Contactless credit card. She swiped and returned my Wyndham Rewards Visa Card saying it did not work.... Secondly, she overcharged me by about TL150 against the price notified by Expedia on travel confirmation email. The entire check-in process was unfriendly and unpleasant, it looked like the staff had been forced to stay at the front desk. Thirdly, there was no parking at the site as shown on booking by Expedia Fourthly, the wheelchair accessible room was too small particularly when the extra bed was placed for a third adult. Lastly, the rate charged for extra bed was higher than what Expedia stated in its travel confirmation Overall, as Wyndham Gold Member #1133770204G I didn't get any better service than a non-member.

Nice and clean hotel
It is a very well positioned and maintained city center hotel , although the breakfast service was excellent,preferrred it to be buffet service .

Great location short walk to many resturants and shopping. Fighter jets should sometime take off in another direction but over all really nice hotel and service

Nice stay except the breakfast!
The check in was proper and short. The rooms are big enough for comfortable stay with high ceilings. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, I have not noticed any dust or hair in the room and in the bath as well. The room and surrounding was silent and there were no disturbing mechanical activity in the premise. My only and big disappointment with my stay was about the extra paid breakfast. Overall the food quality was poor and content wise it was not satisfactory compared to the amount asked for. I can not imagine a hotel with this 75TL breakfast price with one type and pre-cooked bread in Eskisehir where the bakery is famous of! The cheese was not fresh and all the amounts in the plate were so little!?? I would not recommend to have the breakfast in the hotel. The surrounding is full of nice cafes and restaurants. The staff was friendly and was careful for the Covid measures.

We took train from Konya to Eskisehir as it took only 2 1.2 hours while bus would take 6 to 6 1/2 hours. Hotel is not far from train station - Nice and clean, staff was very friendly and cooperative - not only arranged taxi for us but were also available on phone when we need them to explain our concerns to taxi driver - They also help us in money exchange - Breakfast was good and staff treated us like family - i can definitely stay there again if i get a chance.

I had reservations with Hilton Garden Inn for three nights, however first night I couldn’t sleep because of air conditioning issues. I changed my hotel- as soon as I walked in to Ramada , I knew that I am at the right place. Yucel who was helping me to check in, he was very professional and helpful. While I was explaining my problem to him, manager Orcun came and provided his business card in case if we have any additional questions. I am so glad to chose them. I will continue to stay in Ramada for my next trip. Thank you!
