The home was well maintained and the kitchen was heavily stocked with all the dishes and appliances you could need for a short stay. It was also so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. “I was studying for two weeks at Gallaudet, and this was a great place for me as a student! Jeff was very communicative and helpful. I rode the bike he provided to class every day and back before dark (some hills but not too bad). The rest of my time I was in the room doing homework, so it was perfect for that. “This Capitol Hill carriage house is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed in D.C.! The sleeping arrangements were perfect, with two different rooms - one for us and one for our adult daughter. The courtyard was a fun addition for atmosphere. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Our hosts were just delightful and so helpful. The location can't be beat - just a block from the Supreme Court building. And the bonus of free parking was unbelievable. Truly a……
