“The location was wonderful in that there was a lot near by and it was pretty central. It was on a business commercial street, so it was a little noisy...but the rooms were comfortable and it was great to have so much space. A very unique property.”

“We stayed over Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised with a clear view of the parade right from our window—such an unexpected bonus. The apartment is in an ideal location, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The subway is just a block away, and there’s a grocery store about two blocks over. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. Best of all, we woke up every day to a beautiful skyline view of NYC. It truly made the stay memorable.”

“Clean, well-equipped unit with plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was relatively quiet and residential. Did not use outside because of weather. Easy communications and entry process. Would stay again.”

“The townhome is located in a great location. A lovely tree-lined neighborhood with access to good restaurants, bars, subway station and grocery shopping. The townhome itself was comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace. Thomas was very welcoming and responsive to any request we made. Our month long stay in the city was a wonderful experience!”

“The place looks way better in photos than in reality and should not be on vrbo or any other platform for rent. Old, unkempt, barely clean, mismatched sheets...the owner should really invest in the gem of a location. The description did not mention that the 1st floor is in essence the 3rd floor; old narrow stairways that my disabled mother was challenged to conquer. Very very disappointing place. I want my money back! ”
