“We loved the stay! Excellent communication, clean and the community is fantastic! Private lake community access and pool! The lake access is definitely only for older kids/adults as it’s deep but there is a sandy area that out smaller child played in. Minutes from other lake beaches that are very nice. We will definitely stay again! The only thing is the listing shows AC but it is only one bedroom and a stand alone style unit. ”

“I love being in the heart of Sandpoint, and close to everything! I got to visit my son & host a little dinner for a couple family friends with TakeOut from City Beach Organics. Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market for music and local food & art. Sunday morning I attended Ecstatic Dance Class. Plus, sitting on the balcony for morning coffee is the best!”

“This condo was great for what my family needed. Best part was it came with a boat slip making exploring Lake Pend Oreille super convenient. We ended up parking our boat trailer at a friend’s house tho. The location is excellent. Beds were comfortable. We spent most of our days & evening out on the lake so no AC wasn’t a big deal & it cools down nicely at night. ”
