“This was a great location. My daughter graduated from TX State and we needed another spot for overflow family. They really enjoyed their stay. The property is very nice. Only comment I have (and this is my fault for not asking) is that I didn't realize from the listing that the it's 1.5 bathrooms, not 2 full and the full bath is in the master bedroom. It was fine for my group but could be awkward for a different group. The host was great and I would definitely recommend.”

“Nice place. A little short on some kitchen essentials, we made do with going to a thrift store, took most of with us just left a couple things that we have enough of at home. San Marcos is a great college town with plenty of bars and restaurants. The place is within walking distance of downtown ”
