Fence was being held up by straps connected to the back patio, kitchen floor peeling and uneven, bath towels had holes, stain on master bed comforter and clear packing tape covering holes in flooring. The neighborhood was less than desirable. Not the standards we expect from VRBO rental.”

“If I could rate my experience a 20, I would!! Brandi thought of everything possible to make our stay the most enjoyable experience, from the extra towel for our puppy along with dog treats, to freshly roasted coffee beans, a French press, snacks, water, and fresh fruit. So many amenities that we didn’t even get to enjoy since we had other obligations. Brandi is a true host in every sense. Communication was phenomenal! Without question, we would stay there again.”
