We stayed there for the April 8th 2024 Solar Eclipse. They were late letting us check in , but understandable as there were so many people leaving and checking in the, the rooms could not be cleaned fast enough. Staff was nice, the let us park in the lot early so we could go ahead and watch event before checking in. Great location and very nice facility

Went to concert at the Ford Center very close and walkable. Approximately a 10 minute walk. Room was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!

Nice place and location. We got there close to 6pm but room was not ready , even though we had a reservation and check in is at 3. Maybe they got more traffic because of the eclipse and didn’t expect it.

The staff was awesome. We’ve stayed with Hyatt many times over the years, but the property in Evansville has staff that is exemplary in many ways. The are truly a full service staff. The young lady who check us in and responded to our requests should be in management!

I really liked the setup of the room. The evening bartender was fantastic. There was an issue with noise upstairs from me, but the gentleman at the front desk promptly took care of it. There was quite a bit of dust on most furniture in my room. The bathroom was clean and the bed was clean.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast bar was amazing and they had something for all of our kids!

Nice historic area with dinning and shopping within walking distance. Room was not cleaned even at minimum standards. Shower and sink had hair in it, carpet didn’t look as if it was vacuumed, furniture had crumbs and chocolate (hope that’s what it was) on smeared on it, and walls looked like someone through coffee or juice on it.

Loved the room, the breakfast and the friendly staff. It’s an easy walk to the Ford Center. We’ll stay again next year when we come for the OVC basketball tournament.

There was nothing about the place I didn’t like, room was extremely clean and orderly, breakfast at the hotel was incredible with a great selection of things. Location was perfect for restaurants and bars and things of that nature. Bed was amazingly comfortable along with seating area as well. Loved the fact that there were signs posted throughout the location about quiet hours. That’s not something you see very often for sure. Overall amazing place to stay.

Great place to stay!
We had a great stay! Restaurants and other locations/attractions were within walking distance. The room and very clean and very appealing. The only "complaint" is that the blackout shade would not come down because the chain seemed to be broken or off track.
