"This s a good basic hotel in the near suburbs, yet walking distance to the T-bana. Good breakfast and beds. Very busy with workers.There wasn’t too much parking in front they have a gated lot about a five minute walk alway. The hotel was full booked one of the nights and when we arrived after dinner one night all the parking and overflow were full with busses and trucks. So I had to park on street and pay for street parking.
Also there was construction and they were denoting explosives...

Comfortable rooms with high ceilings giving a roomy feel, shower like a pressure washer, staff that could not be more helpful, and located in the thick of the city, outstanding breakfast. The only downside, which is a really minor niggle, is the fridge in the room was practically pointless, but ice from the bar fixed that problem."

"Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best.
The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead.
If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas!

"We stayed at the suite, a corner unit with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The room was updated and looked better than the pictures posted on the site! We were surprised by a new, very large smart TV. The room is spacious, with comfy King sized bed and a huge L-shaped sofa, a large entry area with a closet, and with amazing views of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was decent, but since it was not included on the room price, we opted for walking (or taking the city's elevator) down the hill to the shopping center where we found plenty of places for coffee and pastries.

the wifi is fast, and the rooms while basic, are very very clean.

the reception is only manned until 2-3pm each day.
there is nothing nearby other than the hospital, and a fast food outlet that closes at 8pm for food, there is no food in the hotel other than breakfast.
a poor breakfast is served in the corridor on the 5th floor.
there is a small 1 ring hot plate for cooking in your room, but, nothing to cook with!
this hotel is very, very basic. it is nothing more than a hostel, with a large disabled toilet / wet room in each room.
booked a double room, given two tiny small single beds.
the whole "hotel" is situated within an apartment block and another business, the hotel only has around 30 rooms, and the whole thing smells like a hospital.
the rooms are very hot, with no air con.
the whole area outside the hotel felt very unsafe after dark.
the pictures of the room are not a true representation, the are even more basic and shabby than the pictures.
the local prisons in sweden are better than the rooms in this hotel. "

"We had a lovely time by the lake. The house was lovely: clean, bright and comfortable, with attention to detail, and hosts very welcoming. Surrounded by nature, we loved the silence - you hear nothing but the lapping of the water! The weather was good so we were able to paddleboard and swim a couple of times, and spent a day relaxing by the water. The supermarket and hourly ferry to and from Stockholm (50 minute journey) within 5 minutes by car. A lovely stay!"
