Bare Feet Retreat is a cozy ranch home conveniently located on a quiet street on the north end of Ft. Myers Beach. Cross the bridge and you are here! Less time in traffic means more time to relax, enjoy beach life, and your vacation. Shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife, and white sandy beaches are all 1 block or less away. Times Square, which is the “heartbeat” of Ft. Myers Beach is just 1 block away. No car necessary!
Enjoy taking a swim or lounging around your own private heated pool in the backyard! For those nights you want to eat in, enjoy a BBQ on the patio, cook dinner in a spacious well equipped kitchen, or just sit back and enjoy the cool breeze on the screened in front porch. This 1150 sq ft two bedroom two bathroom house sleeps six comfortably with a pull out couch. Both bedrooms have king sized beds. A Pack-N-Play crib is also available for your use for the younger member of your group.

For your enjoyment, we have beach chairs, wagon, cooler, beach towels to use during your stay.

Great property in a great location

This is a great property with a short walk to time square and the beach. The property is exactly as advertised with a great private pool. This was our 2nd stay in this property and both experiences have been great. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Fort Myers Beach.

Relaxing 2 weeks

Three adult women, 74, 77, and 82 thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks there. The pool was a highlight along with the screeed in porch. We have reserved for next year.

Great Location

We stayed at the property for three weeks and had a wonderful getaway. The location is very convenient and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Marilyn was very quick to respond and extremely helpful.

This was our 4th time staying here, and we have already booked for next year. We just love the location to everything, you can walk to time square, the beach, and restaurant without driving. And the pool is great also. Marlyn is just great to work with.

Excellent property/location

The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. Just a short walk to Time Square and the beach. There's a wagon provided with chairs, cooler etc. for going to the beach. This place is located close to town yet seemed so quiet. Our stay was amazing. This place is perfect for a vacation getaway. Would definitely stay here again when vacationing in FMB.

Loved our stay! Great little home away from the noise but close to everything. The house has everything you need. The Pool was the best part! Marilyn was great with communicating with us. We would highly recommend barefeet retreat!

We enjoyed staying at Barefeet retreat.. The house had everything we needed for our week in FMB.. Location was great, close to restaurants and just a few blocks from beach... We even spent a couple of days just hanging out at the house in the pool!! Perfect trip to FL!

First thing to say is location location location!! This house is very well situated 1/2 block from the start of the action & 1 1/2 blocks from Time Square & the beach! But still a quiet enough neighborhood! It is very well kept! Has everything you need + a very nice pool the lounge around & in!

We have booked with VRBO for years. This is by far the best property that we have ever booked. Cannot say enough about how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay. A lot of construction going on around the house but did not bother us at all. Plan to visit this again in the future.

This home is impeccable. Beautiful living space, fully loaded kitchen, spacious bedrooms with comfortable, adjustable king sized beds. The pool is inviting and private. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The host provides a cart to easily transport beach chairs, coolers, etc. This home has everything you could ever need. All you need to bring is your swimsuit and toothbrush!

LOVE BAREFEET RETREAT

The location is perfect!! Close to Times Square and the beach!!! No need for a car!! The house was perfect with 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms!! Communication with the host was excellent. Had issue with the pool heater, but she took care of it right aways Always quick to respond!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Great house great kitchen dining area. Host provided everything you could want to cook with and dine in. Pool was awesome plenty of floats etc. check in was easy via lock box. Plenty of towels and bathrooms were great.

Home was relaxing and very comfortable. Everyrhing we needed was there. Plenty of room to move around. The location was amazing. Pool was warm, easy on and off island. It is located within a few minute walk to the beach, restaurants and area attractions.

Great spot for party people

Perfect location for an easy walk to bars and the beach. Responsive property manager. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of beach stuff. Fri/Sat market right next door! Front door lock box was a bit difficult to operate.
