A little unorthodox for part of a team of youth soccer players and a coach to stay in a property set up more for a cozy get-away but it really worked out well. "We had a wonderful stay at this property! There are a few things to note if you are considering it for a stay for more people than the two who are sleeping together in the bedroom. The only bathroom has no closing door to the main bedroom which is at the front of the flat. You must walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom behind it. We stayed here with other adults and if they needed to use the restroom in the night, one can hear all that's going on in the bathroom as there is only an...

"Awesome home! Comfortable bed, plenty of space for my little to run around, and my teenager loved the infinity table and Luna gaming! Shopping and food was super close and downtown Indy was just a short drive! If I had any complaints it would be that we were only given a half roll of toilet paper for the weekend but Meijer was close for us to go get some."

"The property is great. Everything is in excellent condition (almost brand new). The only observation I have to make is the noises at any time of the day from the neighbors from the top floor. It would be unfair to blame the neighbors. The way the apartment was built (basement) allowed any noise, dropping stuff, moving chairs, conversations, cleaning, TV watching, laundry, or anything to be heard at our location. "

"Sunny, clean and bright. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed with all kinds of amenities. We attended our son's outdoor sport event on a cold day completed with hail, snow and rain. So happy to come back to the apartment and sat in front of the fireplace in the bedroom to get warmed up. The parking in the back was very convenient and the building is well lite on the outside. Will love to come back and stay for our next visit to Purdue."

"Bathroom lights were inadequate. The owners brought us bulbs but they didn’t work in the bathroom. There was no soap for the shower, no dishwasher soap and no dish soap. Dishwasher was broken. Beds were comfy but you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other."

"The location was great. It felt like you were completely isolated and not in a neighborhood. At first we thought being by the railroad tracks would be a headache but we honestly found it to not be a problem and enjoyed the train horn when it came by. The rules at the end of check out were not lengthy and super easy to do."
