It's a nice place. Not fancy, but it has what you need, and it's clean.

Our stay at the Westin was perfect. The staff was wonderful. We love the room. The hotel restaurants are amazing. We have stayed there several times and will definitely be back. Could not say enough good things about the Westin. Also love the gym.

The breakfast was very nice. Good variety and healthy options were available.

We arrived in the middle of the night and couldn’t get the smart lock to open. We called the support number, but no one answered. It could have been a disaster, but fortunately, we finally figured out the trick on our own. It was unlike any other smart lock I’d ever used. As soon as we entered, we were hit with the thick stench of cigarette smoke. Once we got over that, we saw that apartment was attractive and had been newly remodeled. But when we saw cockroaches in the kitchen, we immediately soured on the place. We spent the whole weekend being paranoid about disgusting creatures. Were there also bedbugs? Lice? We didn’t find any evidence of those, but it’s unpleasant to have to be worried about such things. The remodelers had completely forgotten to give any attention to the baseboards, which were peeling, shoddily finished (giant gaps in some of the corners) and suffering from dry rot in the bathroom. Overall, while much of the apartment was attractive, it gave the sense that they had put lipstick on a pig. The morning after our arrival, I got a text saying, “Sorry, we missed your call. Can we help with anything?” That would have been great customer service, except when I replied with my complaints about the smell and cockroaches, I got no reply whatsoever. What’s the point of asking to help if you’re not going to actually help? On the plus side, the beds were comfortable. There is one cafe and one convenience store within walking distance.

The room was great, loved the Bluetooth mirror, would've loved to have actually had a bathtub like the booking stated but that's almost common that they say there's a tub only for there to be no tub. One last thing is the TV's were a little outdated, would've preferred for them to have had smart tvs to add your different streaming services on. Pluses were the full length mirror, the bed was super comfortable, the mini fridge worked well. Sidenote: the fitness center needs updated/functional equipment, dumbells were perfect, the pool needs expanding ASAP. Great stay overall!
