“This apartment over garage was exactly what we needed, and exactly as described. One of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, large bathroom with very good and large shower. Plenty of kitchen/counter space. The bed was very comfortable. Location worked perfectly. A short 15-20 minute ride to the hustle and bustle of Boulder, but quiet and peaceful for overnight accomodations. Would definitely stay again. You do have to walk up stairs, so consider that if mobility using steps is a challenge.”

“We were in Boulder for our son’s graduation. The property was a short (less than 10 minute) drive to campus and great hiking trails, and a 4 block walk to Pearl Street. The property was newly renovated and impeccably clean with super comfortable beds. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!”

The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time.
