“The descriptions and pictures of this property were lacking and it was hard to obtain specific details. The overall setting is tranquil and rural, which was nice, but the back yard is Astroturf and so not very inviting, and neither is the decor. Please be aware two rooms have en suite bathrooms and one additional bathroom is shared between two bedrooms. This leaves only one of the four bathrooms for communal use. “We loved this place! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……
