“The descriptions and pictures of this property were lacking and it was hard to obtain specific details. The overall setting is tranquil and rural, which was nice, but the back yard is Astroturf and so not very inviting, and neither is the decor. Please be aware two rooms have en suite bathrooms and one additional bathroom is shared between two bedrooms. This leaves only one of the four bathrooms for communal use. “Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……

“Our only minor complaint is when we got there at 3pm for check in, the school across the street was getting out so there was no where for us to park. Other than that minor thing, our stay was perfect! ”

“Good stay and towels/toiletries were provided. But got there and the garage was opened, was a little confused by this and wondered if we were in the right place. Turns out the garage opener on the outside was having issues, owner called me and let me know it was the right place, but we couldn’t park in front of the garage as it was reserved for the people staying upstairs. Had no clue that there would be people upstairs (it’s at least not accessible) but the people above us had what sounded like……
