"We loved our stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing. The front desk staff, the tours staff, the restaurant staff and the tuktuk tour drivers were all so friendly and helpful. Our scenic nature tour was so fun and each stop was memorable. The food at the restaurants was great and the ambiance was top notch. They always made sure we were well taken care of and that reservations were honoured. The evening shows were really cool and the staff really puts their all into it. The singers, the fire dancers and the ladies of the Salamandas restaurant (especially the emcee/hostess, we loved her enthusiasm) were all fun to watch. The beachfront was amazing and so much seating. The pools were spacious, but a bit dirty. The lifeguard was cleaning as we were swimming though so wasn’t too worried about it, just maybe need to clean it more often. The cleaners were great. Very thorough. My biggest downside is by far the television. When you’ve had a long night and want to unwind, a tv is nice and they had 13 channels, 3 or so in English and the rest were foreign channels and ones that didn’t work (like the history channel, which would have been nice to watch). Get smart TVs with streaming apps if possible and a better wifi connection. That is my only wish. We’ll be back though no matter what. We had a fantastic experience. "

"The resort is centrally located, just steps away from the beach and within easy walking distance of local dining spots, bars, and even the Lala-o Bridge. The staff were very warm and accommodating—they happily tweaked my breakfast order and even lent me a motorbike helmet for a few hours, which I really appreciated. Breakfast options were decent, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. The room assigned to me was spacious and clean. They also have a nice pool at the back. Would definitely recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay."

"This property turned out to a joy. Without exception, the staff were cheerful, helpful and kind. They are led by the owner, a jolly Swiss man who built the resort from scratch. The rooms are huge, with nice bathrooms and decorations. (My only niggle is that the shower was lukewarm at best.) The meals in the restaurant were carefully prepared and very tasty. I would heartily recommend it for a stay that is away from it all and different than most resort. "

"Excellent place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet after a long day of adventure around the island. Management and staff are very accommodating with motorcycles for rent onsite. The property is surrounded with plenty of trees and flowers making it a lot easier to “tambay” outside on hot days. Also free pick up and drop off at the port makes it all the more convenient for visitors. Highly recommended!"

"Although I knew of the construction going on, I still enjoyed my stay aside from the noise. I'm ready to plan for next year. I will be returning when the pool is finished. Loved the availability of the scooters. Took them out daily. The sun, the trees, the beaches, the convenience of them all made it an experience I wil always remeber. Thanks"

"Nothing. It's terrible. I can't underdtand why EXPEDIA keep this place in your site. I didn't stay more than 10 mins. We left because of the terrible smell and condition of the rooms. I paid for 2 nights in this terrible place but abandoned it and went to a much much better hotel for a lesser price. "
