We stayed at Coco Grive for four nights near the end of our two month trip through the Philippines. It was easily the nicest place we stayed. Great staff, great snorkeling, great evening entertainment. Made my wife’s birthday very special. Would recommend it to anyone who asks.

We were switched to another room which was inferior to the original room we booked and procedure for moving was awkward and unfair. There were many problems with communication and WiFi. Customer support was painfully slow. The staff is exceptionally upbeat welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was clean, menu acceptable, food prepared well, The beach nice, pools clean, facility overall was good.

Staff were amazing, the room we had at the property was a little bit in need of a spruce up, also the maintenance issues we had were dealt with immediately by the team, which was appreciated. All staff were lovely and could not do enough for us, special mention to the team at the pool bar (Jamaica, Rachel, RM and JR) who really are an asset to the hotel, also special shout out to the breakfast team in the main restaurant who again were amazing. We've been to Coco Grove on many occasions, the property is absolutely stunning, many would say that its paradise..... if you haven't been, you really should! Food is delicious, staff is warm and friendly, if you snorkle theres a spectacular coral right there that's actually a marine sanctuary! You just simply cannot go wrong by staying at Coco Grove! Cheers!

I think this is one of the best resorts in the Philippines I always go there to relax and decompress.. they have music and performers with buffet on Saturdays, for an extra Fee, but is well worth it. This is a great atmosphere and perfect beach and pools. Plenty of places for pics etc...
