Every detail was perfect - from the decor to the furniture to the sheets, etc. Mel even purchased some toys/books to help entertain our littles ones during our stay, which was much appreciated! The home was comfortable and convenient, and Mel was very responsive! We would highly recommend staying here.”

Karen was quick to redirect us and put us in another property at no additional fee or hassle to us. She was very attentive and great with communication. The new place was wonderful and recently renovated so I can imagine our initial booking would have been equally taken care of. I would absolutely stay with Karen again!”
