Our stay was excellent! Very clean and comfortable. So very peaceful! All of the geese and ducks were precious. We actually bought 2 loaves of bread to feed them during the week we were there.Hosts were great! Everything was as it was advertised. We will definitely stay again if possible.

My husband and I came down with another couple for Jeep Invasion. The condo was perfect for sharing with another couple with two bathrooms. The location was perfect to get around to the different events and a short walk to watch the Jeeps on the main strip. Condon was clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay! This is our 3rd year staying in this condo and we enjoy it every year! Our 3 year old thinks feeding the ducks and geese is the greatest, so this year we came prepared with plenty of food! Anthony is great and always quick to respond if we have any concerns. Looking forward to another stay next year!

Great location!

We loved this place! My husband and i were here with out 13 year old son for his birthday and the location was great! He loved feeding the ducks and geese and we loved that it was within walking diatance of the trolly stops. We only drove our car once while there and it was to cades cove. If i had to complain about something, it would be the beds. They were a little to firm for me, but i managed. My husband and son on the other hand, slept great! We will for aure be considering this place for our next trip!

Felt like home

We enjoyed the condo. Easy access from my vehicle to the front door. The geese were fun to watch throughout the day. The bed was comfy and there was no noise from traffic or neighbors. The only noise was from a white goose. It would scream at the back porches for a moment for someone to feed him bread

Great place to stay !

I have to say , we really enjoyed this condo . Everything was super clean and up to date .. it is decorated super cute and felt very homey . We loved feeding the geese and ducks out back . If I had to have a complaint it would only be the master bathroom. Needs doors for more privacy getting ready so you won't wake up your sleeping partner .. other than that it was amazing and hoping we can come back in the fall and stay again .

FOUR GENERATIONS

We enjoyed the location and the layout of the condo. My 2 year old grandson loved going out on the deck and feeding the birds. From the great grandmother, the grandmother, the mother and then the baby all enjoyed the condo. We will be staying there on our next trip!

Excellent Location

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The space worked well for 2 couples. The ground floor access made it so easy coming and going. The location is so close to everything, yet it was tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed watching and feeding the ducks from the back balcony on the water!

Very Convenient

Condo was great. Good value and convenient to many attractions we planned to attend while in the area. One of the cleanest places I have rented through VRBO. We didn’t use the outside areas because of our lack of time, but we did enjoy spending a little time on the balcony feeding the ducks and geese. We’LLC definitely stay here again in the future if available.

Beautiful condo, super clean!

This condo was so, so clean. Beautifully decorated and cozy! The hotels on either side look to be going thru some renovations, but did not affect our stay. Located one block from LeConte Center. Condo backs up to walking trail between The Old Mill and The Island.

Cute place with Attentive Host

My husband and I have stayed in this condo building before, in a different unit but enjoyed this one even more. Anthony was great about reaching out to make sure our stay was everything we needed. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed having a gas fireplace and it kept the room very warm during the cold nights!We will definitely come back!

Great Condo!

So glad we found this condo! I is cute clean and the location was perfect for us for the weekend. We were attending an event at the Leconte Center and this location was perfect we were able to walk there quickly and not have to fight traffic. The condo was great on the first floor! It had a nice view of the river. It was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths! Our family was very pleased! The communication was also great with the owner.

Everything was excellent! Definitely five star rating for accommodations, convenience, relaxing place for vacation. Mr. Martin is the best host! Look forward to staying there again. The condo has the perfect setup

Loved this condo

Christmas Vacation

My family and I had an excellent trip to pigeon Forge for Christmas. The condo was just as described and communication with management was excellent. Highly recommend this unit, and the location is also wonderful. Very close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and things to do!
