Great overnight stay
Very convenient place to stay as close to the motorway. Really friendly hotel receptionist, very nice. Dinner in steak house close by, quite civilized.

Great highway hotel
We made a stop on our way to France from Berlin. It was comfortable, clean, and affordable. The front desk staff was very welcoming and nice.

Great value hotel, very conveniently located near the motorway. Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent and cheap breakfast and really good facilities for the family. Overall highly recommended!

Staff very helpful on recommendations on getting to Strasbourg City Centre with tram. This is the way to go since this monumental city is unfortunately swamped by tourists.

Ibis budget, en budget is het. Sowieso laat de omgeving je niet zo veilig voelen, helaas daarbij ook een mooie kras op de auto te pakken. De hotelkamer is klein en ventileerd zich slecht. Het snoer van de fohn zat onder de schimmel. Avondeten (gordon bleu met boontjes) kwam volgens mij gewoon uit een potje. Opzich prima voor een nachtje maar de volgende x betalen wij toch liever iets meer.

Als Familie keine 2 zusammenliegende Zimmer, obwohl dies im vorhinein schon angefragt wurde. Zimmer waren direkt neben dem Aufzug in unterschiedlichen Etagen. Es war sehr laut. Alle Zimmertüren fielen so laut ins Schloss, dass man Nachts senkrecht im Bett steht. Dann zum Frühstück: 1h bevor die Frühstückszeit zu Ende war, war nichts mehr aufgefüllt. Erst auf 2x nachfragen, wurde wieder aufgefüllt. Auch für ein "budget" Hotel gab es fast keine Auswahl zum frühstücken. Leider eine Enttäuschung. Das einzige Positive: kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel.

Immer freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Die einfachen Zimmer sind immer bereit und sauber. Man kann gut schlafen. Am Morgen wird ein sehr gutes Frühstück zu einem sehr fairen Preis geboten. Das Hotel muss gut sein, es ist nie leer.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer winzig. Draußen auf dem Parkplatz steht ein halb ausgeschlachteter Bus; daneben eine Baracke, unbewohnbar. Aber dafür ist eine 4 spurige Straße ganz nah. Nicht noch mal.

Für 50 Euro incl Frühstück für 3 Personen kann man nicht meckern. Das Zimmer und die Betten waren sauber. Das Bad war zwar sauber aber total abgenutzt. Man kann sagen das die Beschreibung Ibis Budget zutrifft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Uno dei peggiori alberghi che io abbia soggiornato...una stalla. Addetto alla reception maleducatissimo. Non sto qua a raccontare tutte le disavventure che mi sono capitate, stanza non pulite la mattina, serratura rotta stufetta che non funzionava... Un disastro completo.

Hôtel correct pour le prix mais un certain employé a été plus que désagréable en plus de son manque de flexibilité tandis qu’un autre a été tout à fait charmant et sympathique à notre égard avec de très bons conseils de visite des alentours. Qui plus pour la même situation qui nous a été reprochée, le second employé nous a clairement dit qu’il aurait fait l’impasse car notre erreur était négligeable à la vue de la durée de notre séjour.
