Although the hotel was built long time ago, the room and facilities were nicely maintained. I liked the cleaniness of the room, the fitness club that has access the cozy sauna (two free entrance per night). I had awesome buffet dinner and breaksfast at Island restaurant in the first floor for decent prices. Since I stayed there for my business trip to Samsung Heavy Industries which is 7 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I recommend this hotel for those seeking a calm and clean hotel in Geoje. Thank you.

투숙 중 하우스키핑이 노크조차도 없이 그냥 문을 열고 들어왔습니다. 심지어 Do Not Disturb 사인을 켜놓은 상태였습니다. 체크아웃을 했는지 아직 투숙 중인지조차 체크가 안 될 정도로 시스템이나 관리가 상당히 미비한 것 같았고, 체크인부터 체크아웃에 이르기까지 원활하거나 매끄럽게 진행된 경우가 단 한 번도 없었습니다. 개인적으로 가장 최악의 투숙 경험입니다.

I like the style of this property which is modern and clean however there is not much option in Breakfast Res and a bit ashamed the quality of food bcz you are the 5 Star hotel.

Excellent service at the Samsung Hotel Geoje.
The Samsung Hotel is the only western hotel on the Island. The staff and the buffets at the hotel restaurant were excellent.

We thought this was the best hotel in the region for our family of 4 incl 1 baby and 1 toddler. Service was not great (amenities like razor was paying, bathtub not great). Quality of Staff especially at the pool was bad. We were not treated correctly, and only went once to the pool. Also, price of restaurant is incredibly high, almost more expensive than 5* hotel in Busan. We had to have dinner the first night there bcse kids tired, but we didnt go back.

Nice and comfortable hotel on the island
we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, all comfortable and pleasant. The only downside is the dinner buffet : they wanted to charge 39,000 per child, our 6-year old doesn't eat much, and our 9 year-old is similar, we thought it was too steep- this was the only downside.

Great as a business hotel
This hotel is very convenient if you are travelling on business to the shipyards. Numerous free shuttle buses are made available. You can easily walk to the Samsung yards from this hotel. Taxis are available for the short trip into the local town where there are plenty of places to eat. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious with all the amenities one would expect of a hotel of this standing. Breakfast is typically extra but has a very good international selection. There is a nice bar also.

One thing I was disappointed is that the restaurant allowed only the people made reservation in advance in the morning of new year day without the notification to guests. So we were not able to have the breakfast there. However I was happy while staying in the hotel.
