Disappointing
The apartment location is excellent and right in the middle of Surfers Paradise near Cavill Avenue. The facilities at the resort are good, including the lagoon pool, lap pool, indoor pool and gym. However the pools are shared by the four apartment towers, and so are very busy. The visitor parking was very useful when family came to visit us one day.The cleanliness and the property management service provided is poor. Some of the issues we encountered during our 5 night stay included:- All of the glasses were filthy when we arrived and we had to wash them all before using.- There was a lot of dirt in the carpets. We tried to use the vacuum to clean them on the first day, but it barely worked.- There was blood on the sheets in the main bedroom, which were not changed during our stay.- There was a used condom wrapper in the bedside table.- The toaster didn't work and would blow the fusebox when plugged in.- Screws were missing or loose on the dining chairs.
